We were met at the airport as expected, however, as we were carrying luggage for a two week trip, the driver had a tough time fitting it into the car. The actual drive into downtown Barcelona was comfortable and quiet. We have used Victor for other European airport transfers and highly recommend this service.

This was just a taxicab the local company they use is called Book Barcelona Taxi we could have gotten it much cheaper if we just booked it on the day of. We paid the equivalent of 70-75 USD through Viator, and the fare would have been about 30 Euro if we had just called a cab and paid at the time of service. The cab ride was fine - I just have an issue with overpaying.

We were not given confirmation for our pick-up time at the hotel which lead to some confusion on our part. However, the driver was patiently waiting for us while we gathered our luggage to leave for the port. An easy way to get to your cruise ship from your hotel.

Highly recommend using Books private taxi transfers. The drivers was prompt and came into our hotel to meet us and carry our luggage. The 54 fare for 4 people was very reasonable. The drivers spoke English and the cars were Mercedes Benz.

We had two drivers meet us at our hotel. They were very good at getting us thru the very heavy Barcelona traffic. Got to the cruise ship before our scheduled boarding time. They were very professional and helpful with all the luggage we had. Would definitely use Viator again

The car that came for us did not have working air conditioning so we baked for the 30 minutes in traffic to the cruise terminal. It was very miserable and uncomfortable because we were siting in traffic. The cost of the trip was great the air was the only reason why they got the 2 stars.

Viator sent two taxi to pick us up. We thought a shuttle would be coming. One shuttle was a sedan and that was a good thing as we had 7 people in our group and a large piece of luggage, plus one to two hand carries per person. Having transportation come pick us up directly was more convenient than rolling our luggage out the AirBnB and flagging down a taxi.

We were a group of 7 traveling for more than 2 weeks to Barcelona, a 7-day cruise and to Florence._br/_ Thus we had a good amount of luggage. Our private transfer arrived on time and got us to the cruise terminal on time. We were surprised that two taxi cabs were the transfer and luckily one of them was a sedan because if that were not the case, we would have had luggage on our laps.
