Traveling with another couple and we were coming into the Barcelona port from a cruise and our driver was there to meet us right on time. He was polite and professional, helpful with the baggage and got us right to our small hotel which was a little hard to find! Would use this service again!

Driver was a bit late which he attributed to traffic. He drove us to our hotel and it took much longer than we expected. We thought that he either got lost or was avoiding traffic. Not sure which but it was comforting to have our planned ride arrive as it is apparent the cruise terminal traffic could be jammed.

This was just a taxicab company was called Book Barcelona Taxi we could have gotten it much cheaper if we just booked it on the day of. We paid the equivalent of 70-75 USD and the fare would have been about 30 Euro if we had just paid at the time of service. Cab ride was fine - I just have an issue with overpaying.

This transfer almost didn't happen. The size of the vehicle was not sufficient for 6 passengers and the amount of luggage each passenger was allowed, One big bag and one carry on, which means 12 bags. We had to pack luggage everywhere and some in laps to get it and the passengers all in the vehicle.

good private transfer, however the charges are too high, we could have taken a local taxi for 1/4 of the price!! after paying 4 time more than the normal taxi rate, the driver came with a 4 seater instead of 6 as stated in the voucher, there was no room for luggage for the 4 of us, so we have to carry the driver's baby seat on our lap and carry it all the way from the terminal to the hotel. the driver was a nice man though! not sure if it is worth booking our taxi in advance.
