Price is per person, based on 6 adults per car/vehicle.
We arrived 2 hrs early and emailed prior flying out of IDA our new arrival time. I received NO response from our pick up agency. Fortunate we called when arriving in BCN and a driver arrived within 15 minutes. Thus everything worked out o.k.

Never met up with the transfer driver. Other drivers were there but not mine. My plane was a little late but I was in the 45 minute timeframe that I read about. After waiting there for a while i.e. all other services but one had left so I decided to take a taxi at additional expense which turned out to be 1/2 of the price for the original transfer service.

Driver was on time to meet us and got us to the cruise terminal quickly. However, he did not speak English, which did make communication difficult. I used the Google Translate app and was able to hold a basic conversation with him. He was very friendly and helpful with getting out bags into and out of the car.

OH BARCELONA WAS A BREATH OF FRESH AIR!! GABRIEL MADE SURE THAT WE GOT TO PORT SHIP ON TIME. HE PICKED US UP FROM THE AIRPORT WITH MY NAME ON IT. HE TRANSPORTED US USING A MERCEDES BENZ VAN WHICH WAS MORE ENOUGH ROOM FOR US THREE. HE WAS INFORMATIVE WITH TIPS ON WHERE TO EAT AND WHAT PLACES TO SEE.

This was my first time using Viator transfer and was concerned that things might go wrong. But as soon as I got my luggage I called to find out where the driver was. The office said he was in father front of Fiona Coffee shop in Barcelona. Antony was in deed there holding my name there waiting for me. He had been there for a while wondering where we were and was happy to meet us. Then, we have to find rest of my family who supposed to arrive one hour before us. Finally, we connected after we told them we were in the front of the coffee shop. Antony was patient the whole time and very professional. I will definitely use them again.
