1 to 2 people transferred in a private car
3 to 6 people transferred in a private minivan
Price is per person, based on 6 adults per car/vehicle.

The vehicle was new and very clean, and the driver arrived as scheduled. He did not speak to us, but he did his job by getting us to where we needed to be on time. It could be that he did not know English. This was not a problem. I would use this service again.

We ended up having the same driver for our transfers from the airport to hotel and hotel to port. He showed up 20 minutes early. He was a very nice man who helped us with our luggage and safely brought us to the port. His vehicle was very clean. We were very happy with the service provided.

The only problem with our large benz transportation was luggage. You can't have luggage inside the car in Singapore? The driver can be ticketed? All of it wouldn't fit in the trunk and the driver wouldn't let us put it in the vehicle.....ugh! We paid a taxi to bring our luggage!? Very disappointed at this news and our driver

We had three transfers with Viator and their agent: Julia Travel. ALL we absolutely perfect! We were met at the airport by our driver holding a placard with our name. He was extremely helpful and courteous, took us to our hotel quickly and pleasantly. Our next transfer was from the hotel to the Cruise Terminal. Again very prompt, friendly, courteous, excellent experience. Upon our cruise return to Barcelona we were met at the cruise terminal and transported to the airport in the same manner we had come to expect from Viator and Julia. I will use them again at every opportunity, and would recommend them to all travelers!

I used Viator to handle my transfer from the Barcelona airport to the Barcelona Colonial Hotel and then from the hotel to the Port. The driver waited over 1 hour for us at the airport because that's how long it took to go through customs!. I was very impressed. Two days later our driver met us at our hotel to take us to the Port. Service was friendly and prompt. I would definitely go through them again

Well at first this was a NIGHTMARE, and I attribute this to the phone agent who I made the arrangements. The phone agents when arranging and booking transport services whether they be airport to hotel or hotel to pier or anywhere for that matter SHOULD ASK how much and/or how large is the travelers luggage. In our case we had significant amount of luggage and medical equipment we MUST travel with for our medical needs. When the transport vehicle arrived at our hotel it was a Mercedes passenger vehicle, very nice but NOT adequate for our needs. We spent probably an hour trying to get another vehicle it was very, very stressful were we going to have to take a private vehicle, NOT a very good way to start off your vacation. I was very annoyed with how these arrangements were handled by Viator, even though it ended on a positive note it was NOT wasting an hour of my time pre cruise dealing with an issue that could have been solved by Viator if you only asked those types of questions at time of booking. Please make this apart of your questions when a client is booking, you can't assume how much luggage a traveler has, that should come up when you are asking how many travelers are traveling and then ASK how much luggage will you be traveling with.

We spent 4 wonderful days in Barcelona. We chose the wrong hotel which was recommended by American Airlines and switched to a fabulous hotel: The Royal Hotel 84 Las Ramblas._br/_ Iberia, which has a partnership with American Airlines, packed us in like sardines on the overnight overseas flight and caused us to miss not one, but two connecting flights from Madrid to Barcelona. This in turn caused us to miss our driver in Barcelona. The company you used would not supply us with replacement transportation and caused us to lose 51.50 euros. Whether or not this was part of our contract, it was exceptionally disappointing as we barely slept all night and we are two disabled seniors. Shame! Shame! Perhaps you will take this into account when you use another agency Elinor Lieberman

We realized that we could have walked to the cruise port, but then we realized that our ship was docked in one of the last terminals. So glad we didn't have to haul our luggage that far. The driver was courteous and got us to the port quickly and safely.

This all day tour was magnificient. We did a lot of walking but we saw so much. Our tour guide new his literature but we did have a little bit of a difficult time understanding him when he got in a hurry. We told him when he was speaking/explaining he needed not to rush so that he could be understood. He was a great guide with a lot of enthusiasm and we appreciated having him.
