Our driver was exceptional. He gave us a little history of the city from his perspective and he gave us fantastic recommendation for us to go to a seafood restaurant that he would take his family to. We took the hop on hop off bus to it that day and enjoyed the best seafood paella we have ever had.

Our chauffeur arrived 15 minutes in advance with our name on a sign so he was easy to recognize. The conversation till our hotel was great and we learned a lot on Barcelona. He was very respectful and made us feel at ease, helping us with our bags. We would recommend this transfer anytime.

I made a reservation request the morning before I needed the transfer. Traveling with 2 very young children and getting of a large cruise ship, I did not want to stand in a long taxi line so I proceeded with requesting a private car transfer. I was advised my request was submitted but would have to wait for a response to see if there was any availability. Hours later, I still had not received a response so I had requested another reservation from another company who responded and confirmed my reservation request almost immediately. When I tried canceling my reservation with Viator, the system did not allow me to because the request was still pending. I emailed a request to cancel at this time, which I have still yet to get a response. In the late afternoon, my reservation was finally confirmed but now I still couldn't cancel because it was within 24 hours of the intended day of use. Their fee was MUCH higher than the other company I went with 110 euros versus only 60 euros. My request for cancellation and refund was not acknowledged. _br/_ I also called the outside provider Julia coordinated by Viator, and the representative I spoke to was rude and dismissive. _br/_ Never will use Viator again.

Awful! Apparently Viator never informed us that Julia tourist agency had rejected our reservation because we had not put down the name of our ship. We got off the Epic with 4000 other people and never got our ride. Spent 1.5 hours in a taxi line. They have not returned our money. I used up lots of my Europe minutes trying to figure out what was going on.

We waited for an approximately 45 minutes, there was a mix-up, your agent essentially said was my problem. Apparently when I was booking I was asked what time the ship came in I said 6:00am and later I was told that the driver and vehicle was there at 6:00am because I told the agent SHIPS arrival time NOT when we would get off the ship - A passenger does NOT know what time they will step off a ship. Your phone agents should receive instructions on ship arrival procedures. Just because the ship arrives at a particular hour in our case 6:00am customs for the ship must be cleared and passengers may not disembark until after a ship has been cleared. Then there is a systematic disembarking process depending on where your room is located or what your passenger status is. Then travelers must retrieve their luggage and if there is any problems with any of these processes then this slows up the entire process. So the when the driver initially arrived at the port terminal we were NO WHERE ready to board the transport to our hotel. After waiting I finally contacted Viator and it was at that time I was made aware of your system. Shortly after that the vehicle was dispatched and it arrived and we were on our way coincidently with the exact same wonderful driver who drove us to the port at the beginning of our cruise on August 2, 2016.

Excellent service. Love the driver holding the sign with my name so it's very visible. With 3,700 passengers leaving the cruise ship, the driver did an excellent job. He waited an extra 15-20 mins because the ship disembarkation was late. Yet the driver greeted us with a smile. Very professional.

We had receipts marked paid and confirmed for two cars for the eight people in our party. You only sent one car and we had a terrible time convincing you to send another car. That was very disappointing and frustrating. Also time consuming.

Perfect! Cruise disembarking day is a very crowded, with so many cruse ships arriving. So there are tons of people milling around and looking for transport. We however had no issues, our driver was waiting for us with a sign with our names on it. He loaded our luggage and off we went to our hotel. Our driver even gave us a mini tour of the city on our way to the hotel...Nice!

This service is great! The only reason for the 4 star rating instead of 5 is due to the face that I sent an e-mail to the company to change the pick up time to 9:30 and they never forwarded that information to the driver who arrived at the original time.
