Evening Wine Tasting with a Sommelier in Barcelona

Enjoy a small-group tasting with gourmet wines and local tapas. You will be guided by a professional sommelier who has experience working in 3-Star Michelin restaurants such as El Bulli and Celler de Can Roca and will give you all necessary tips about local wines.

Get passionate and dive into the Wine World!

Your guide will meet you at the meeting point and after a short walk (10 minutes), you will go to the first wine bar located in the Gothic Quarter. After some explanations about local wines, regions and production processes you will proceed to tasting of 7 different wines. After this first stop you will do another short walk to another wine bar where you will have some food and also wines.

Your guide is a professionally-trained sommelier, with past experience working at two 3-Star Michelin restaurants, including Ferran Adria's El Bulli. She's a native Catalan with a strong passion and knowledge for all local gastronomy.

Mireia's passion for food and wine are contagious. During the tastings, she patiently answered all of my 1000 wine questions. As a bonus, it was also a historic tour, including valuable local insights as we walked in Born and the Gothic and Jewish quarters. Her English is great and we both are very envious of her job!

Marielle could be spelling this wrong was our guide - great energy and knowledge of the wine making process. Was great for my daughter as she has not been on winery tours with me, so starting from the basics was a good educational experience for her. Tried 7 wines at the first stop in a private room, then on to the second stop which was mostly tapas with a couple of local whites. She also gave us interesting tidbits about the historic and eccentricities of Catalunya and Barcelona.
