Ordered online through yourselves and yet the Hard Rock staff had no notification or record of this transaction, finally took my phone e ticket as proof. Another couple had the same problem. Viator need to sort this issue! Great food and venue once we were seated!

As we had a Viator voucher, we had priority seating as soon as we got in.. Whilst we could see people waiting in a que. Three courses and each of them were huge and delicious, would definitely recommend for the price we paid!

Glad that we booked this in advance and the restaurant was really busy. Table was found within 5 minutes of arrival. Selection from the Gold menu for mains was plentiful and adequate. No choice with starter or dessert but they were both delicious. Staff very helpful and pleasant and we even made a cheeky purchase from the Hard Rock shop.

We booked our meals ahead so got a first class service, we were seated within 15 minutes gave us time to look around the shop!. People were leaving as had to wait up to an hour for seats! Food very good, plenty to eat, atmosphere was excellent, would recommend to anyone.

We did have to wait 20 mins for a table but that was much shorter than the 1 hour 15 wait for the people in front of us in the queue when we got to the restaurant. This is well sited in the Placa Catalunya at the top of Las Ramblas. We used the time to do a bit shopping in one of the 2 small stores. Staff very friendly and approachable. Food good value, good standard and good size.

We aqrrived, and were seated in 10 minutes other people without this deal were told it was an hour wait. I got the ribs and my partner got the Burger, then we both got Oreo Cheesecake. They were huge portions - the same size as what others were ordering who were paying full price! I had to check my emails to see if I had actually paid 30 for the 2 of us, and we had! If we hadn't got this deal we would have had to wait over an hour to be seated, and paid, for the 2 of us around the equivalent to 70/80 when in fact we paid 30. Doing it again in Amsterdam for 2 nights in December!!!

Price is nice but be careful, we were sat down in the back by the employee door an kitchen, I guess we were forgotten as we could not get service for drinks and the waitress couldn't distinguish the difference between the gold or silver package , my wife did not even get salad, felt we were not welcome and more of burden, we did not have to wait in line though. Wish we had gone out to eat some where else.

Had a young man with us that had just turned 21, he had been to Barcelona previously (he is studying abroad in Madrid) and we had all had just about enough topas (mainly ham), so some good old fashion American food was in order - We all loved it - Hamburgers and ribs hit the spot - beer was cold - music was loud. We purchased most of our gifts for back home (and several things for ourselves) at the store inside the restaurant.
