Hot Air Balloon Flights Around Barcelona

Fly like a bird over one of Catalonia's most beautiful landscapes, the Montseny Nature Reserve during this half-day excursion. With a small group of no more than 8 people, float by balloon over emerald green hills, lush forests, and tidy farmland plots as you enjoy the unique sounds and sights that can only be experienced from the basket of a hot air balloon. Once hourlong flight ends, refuel your tank with a delicious Catalan breakfast, served in a traditional farmhouse. Round-trip hotel transport and souvenir photos of your trip are included in the tour package.
Your day in the air begins between 7am and 8am when your guide picks you up from your Barcelona accommodations. (Start time varies per season, and will be confirmed upon booking your tour, the day before the flight you will recive the exact pick up time) Arrive at the launch point with your guide and your small group of 8 people or less, then set sail into the air during a 1-hour hot air balloon ride over the beautiful landscape of the Montseny Nature Reserve. Marvel at the emerald hills, lush forests, and postcard-perfect farm fields of this UNESCO World Biosphere Reserve as you float above the landscape in peace and silence.
After your balloon returns back to earth, tuck into a traditional Catalan-style breakfast, served at a local farmhouse. Savor some of the most popular dishes of the Catalan cuisine while you get to know the relaxed countryside atmosphere surrounding Barcelona. Your tour concludes back at your Barcelona accommodation around noon, and includes souvenir photos of your flight.
Everyone involved in this flight were amazing, friendly, courteous, very attentive to us. They picked us up at our Airbnb on time and drove us to the area where we launched. Since it was my first balloon flight I was pleased to see the care they took in assessing wind and other variables that could impact our flight. They seemed totally profession and qualified. We took off in kind of overcast conditions so expectations were initially dwindling and then we ascended into the clouds and experienced zero visibility but soon we emerged above the clouds and it was truly a breathtaking moment. The sky was pure, brilliant blue and we floated above a sea of clouds with gorgeous views of the Pyrenees. Soon we saw the top of another balloon emerge from the clouds, not too far off. We floated up there entranced by the experience and then descended back down through the clouds and floated over farm land till the pilot found a good spot to land and set us down smoothly and comfortably. Following that we all went out to breakfast and then we were driven back to our Airbnb. It was a great experience and worth every penny, it was a great ending to our trip in Spain.

Wow!! This was amazing! Not only is the the balloon ride absolutely breathtaking but the breakfast afterwards is delicious as well! The crew was fantastic and made you feel like pet of the family.

This was such an amazing experience and really fantastic value for money. Our pilot and our guide were friendly and helpful, and truly made the experience unforgettable. What was also very surprising, in a good way, is that it was not actually cold up in the air - we ended up taking a few layers off. The breakfast afterwards was great as well, and really added to the experience as a whole. This is a definite must!

The tour guide was nice, but didn and #39;t speak english so we couldn and #39;t communicate while we were on the balloon ride. Also their go pro was broken and we didn and #39;t get any photos. Don and #39;t expect it to be something romantic cause they make you do all the work like set up and put away the balloon and basket.

The pilot, the driver that picked me and took me back to the hotel, the other staff, the breakfast and the flight............Breathtaking._br/_ Everyone was friendly,I knew I was in safe hands, the pilot was obviously experienced and has been flying for over a decade._br/_ I enjoyed the view, we could see the french Alps from the balloon, the flight was smooth and easy considering the fact that it was my first time._br/_ The professional pilot took brilliant pictures and sent to us later, the flight lasted for an hour and I did not want it to end,it was a breathtaking adventure,a thrill-seeking flight and in all, a fantastic experience._br/_ I will do this again with the company.

What an incredible experience and what better place to do it? Our pilot was great. I have a fear of heights, but was able to do this with a decent comfort level. It's just that amazing, and I would do it again! The brunch after the flight is also very cool, with lots of good food and drink, and great conversation with the wait staff, the balloon staff and our new friends on the flight. Highly recommend, even if you are afraid of heights :-
