Upon your arrival to the Barcelona International Airport the driver will greet you with a nameplate and transfer you to your hotel in the city.
Upon your departure from Barcelona, you will be picked up from your Barcelona hotel and be transported to the airport. In this case, the driver will meet you in your hotel lobby.
This is a private transfer which means that you will not share a car with anyone apart from your booking. The cars used for this service are less than 5 years old.
More expensive than general taxi- basically this company just ordered a taxi for you. Wanted to call them the AM we left for the airport home but the number provided did not work saying something like job had not been sent out to a driver yet so we had no way to reach them. They were on time, very professional, and all worked out great but would like to have a number to reach them had our plans changed.

We waited at the airport for two hours. The ride never showed up. We asked several people. We made several phone calls including Viator They were not able to locate the ride. We have to paid a taxi to take us to the hotel. We made a formal complaint and the money was not returned to us.

Our driver was a little late on arrival but very professional. Our return pickup was right time and across the street from our apartment. Definitely recommend this service over taxi or metro if you have significant luggage.

This was a terrible experience. When we arrived at the Barcelona Airport, we searched for our driver for about 20 minutes. There was a line of drivers holding signs but none had our name. I called customer service and asked about our driver and was told she would call me back. About 5 minutes later, I see a gentleman answer his phone and start looking around. He was our driver, but he was holding a sign with the wrong name on it. For our return trip to the airport, I called the night prior to confirm and received confirmation of our return trip booking. The next morning, no one showed up. After 3 calls to customer service no one ever called me back as they said I called again and spoke with a gentleman who informed me they couldn't contact our driver and would send another car to pick us up. We finally got a ride over an hour later than our original pickup time. Additionally, we selected and paid for the Business Car upgrade, expecting as nice sedan i.e., Mercedes, BMW, etc. The picture on the site shows a very nice Mercedes van. We were picked up in a VW with scratches down the side and returned to the airport in a Ford van with scratches down the side.

The pick-up at the airport was flawless. The pick-up at the hotel for the return to the airport was flawless. The information provided indicated the driver would be able to speak English - this was NOT the case either on the pick-up or the return. Additionally, the driver got lost in the small, Old City Barcelona streets on the way to the hotel. Neither of these points, the English or the getting lost, negatively impacted the overall experience but should be noted. We WILL use Viator again.

I booked this because I was worried about protests holding up public transit and cabs everything was completed fine. Drivers were courteous and on-time. A bit pricey and the car was a bit too big for two people would recommend this option if you're travelling in a bigger group 4 or more people or families with kids i.e.,require space for strollers, etc..

Absolutely wonderful! Our driver was right there with a name sign as soon as we left the baggage area. He was faithful though our flight was 30-40 minutes late. This experience was in contrast with the driver provided by another firm in Amsterdam: the driver parked who knows where and insisted he was in the airport, but he didn't bother to get out of his car, walk though the airport, and stand where the other drivers stood with placards. Your return driver also showed up on time only 5 minutes late because of traffic, for which he apologized profusely, not necessary and also did a fine job. I would always use your drivers from now on and not one from your rival whom I will not name.

It took me a while to consider how to rate this because the drivers both during arrival and departure were pleasant and the departure went without a hitch, but the arrival did not. When we arrived in Barcelona, we arrived on time and once we retrieved our bags, went to where the drivers hang-out just outside of security. Our arrival driver was not there. We waited 15 minutes and then I called. The lady I spoke with said she would call the driver and call me back. She did not. I called back and she said she placed a call with their vendor, but they did not call back yet. She said she would call again and if I did not hear back from her in 5 minutes, to call her back. I did not hear back from her. I called back and there was no answer. I then received a call in a few minutes from the manager who said they were trying to find the driver and he offered to reimburse me if I wanted to take a cab to our hotel. I said that I was getting very disappointed and said I would wait if he was to send another driver. He then hung up on me. He called back and let me know the driver is now at the airport and would be with me shortly. 10 minutes later, the driver was over to us. As I said, he was courteous and even had cool water bottles in the back of the car for us. At this point, I did not care about cool water just getting to the hotel. The drive was pleasant and he understood we did not want to chat, but still pointed out certain tourist landmarks. Ultimately, we arrived at the hotel before check in, but had a tour guide that would be meeting us there in about 45 minutes not a lot of time after this incident. Thankfully, that went well, but I do not think I would use this service again.

The taxi driver who collected us at the airport was a lovely guy, however it was not a spacious van as paid for. It was a small taxi and we had to carry luggage on our laps. This was far better than the van that didn't even turn up to collect us on the return transfer, after a lot of hurried phone calls they said sorry, we went to the wrong address and now have no one available, suggest you call a taxi._br/_ Not professional or helpful at all.

If you want a personal executive transfer to your hotel this is for your. The vehicles were top class along with the drivers who were very polite without being over the top. Arrived in Barclona to be meet byour driver who told us the taxis were on strike lots of people hanging around bus stops etc!! so glad I booked this.

The pick-up from the airport went off without a hitch. The driver was waiting for us, super helpful in loading the van, and got us to our destination quickly and safely. The return trip hit a hiccup when the driver was given the wrong address, resulting in my group of 7 waiting on the sidewalk in pre-dawn Barcelona for more than 40 minutes while the company attempted to straighten out the issue. Ultimately, we arrived to the airport with plenty of time before our flight and the driver was courteous and very apologetic. This is definitely a better way to get to and from BCN than taxis or trains, especially for larger groups with lots of luggage.

Transfer from airport to hotel, our arrival time was 12:30, the driver called me at 1:25 saying he was about to leave the airport because he was not allowed to wait for the customers for longer than one hour according to his company's policy. The question was why he came to the airport at 12:30 if the arrival time was 12:30. He was unhappy when he saw us after I begged him to stay for 10 more minutes._br/_ Transfer from hotel to airport, the driver did not show up !!!!!!!

On arrival driver was waiting at wrong terminal so had a 30 minute wait. Return trip from hotel to airport driver got the pick up time wrong. We were then informed no driver available for the transfer to the airport at agreed time so we needed to make alternative arrangements.

FAIL. Transport was paid up frontand no driver showed up for pick up from airport upon arrival. Local contact given was also not reachable.
