Absolutely miserable. I have to make 5 international roaming call to get the driver. Their customer service simply sat and told me where to stand but no one arrived until my fifth call. We were angry on the driver and he told me that he was told right then and so we should talk to the company YATTAXI. Please do not offer their service to anyone to earn bad name. Once the driver arrived, the ride was safe and he was courteous. But the company has no policy about sending the person with a proper name tag.
