Embark on a guided trekking tour at 7:30am and travel in an air-conditioned van to the authentic Pyrenees.  Your small group will experience the Pyrenees away from the crowds.  Enjoy 6 hours exploring the gorgeous Nuria Valley with it’s amazing lake and sanctuary. Admire the most pictorial views of the Pyrenees and discover its hidden spots while you enjoy Trekking with a local mountain guide. Discover the charm of a traditional and very old mountain village. 

Meet your guide in central Barcelona and start your full day trekking tour to the Pyrenees in a comfortable air-conditioned van. This Tour includes 6 hours Trekking (approx.) through the Pyrenees:  visiting the gorgeous Nuria Valley with it’s amazing lake and sanctuary. Discover the unique mountains of the Pyrenees, a natural border between France and Spain. Admire the most pictorial views and its hidden spots while you hike with a local mountain guide.

The Trekking does not include any technical difficulty, but average to good physical fitness is required (total elevation gain is around 3100 feet (950 meters) and the distance is 9.4 miles (15Km). Relax and let the guide show you the most interesting points and attractions during your journey up the heart of the Pyrenees. Once in the Pyrenees, discover the rich and varied Pyrenees wildlife while learning about the fascinating vegetation and geological history of these unique mountains.

In the Nuria Valley, admire the diverse landscape with an astonishing lake and green meadows surrounded by the most majestic summits. Visit the sanctuary and enjoy some free time for lunch (not included) in the cafeterias or restaurants around the area. The tour also includes a visit to a traditional and enchanting Pyrenees mountain village where you will be able to see cobbled narrow streets and picturesque houses from the 15th century and a Romanesque church from 10th century. The village has kept its old charm because until recently it has remained isolated.
