Sail on the beautiful Mediterranean Sea on this small-group sailing trip from Barcelona. Aboard a modern yacht, travel along the coast and take in views of La Sagrada Familia, Barcelona Cathedral, Montjuic, Tibidabo and the Port Olympic. Then head out to sea and become a real sailor as you help the skipper with the sails and take the helm! Go for a swim if you wish, and then enjoy a drink and snacks on the boat or back on land at a local bar. This small-group tour is limited to 10 people, ensuring you’ll receive personalized attention from your skipper.
Meet your guide and get ready for your exciting 2-hour sailing experience on the Mediterranean Sea. Board the modern, 40-foot (12-meter) yacht, and after a safety briefing and introduction to sailing, head out of the Barcelona Port.
Sail along the Barcelona coast, admiring amazing views of the Barcelona skyline, La Sagrada Familia, Barcelona Cathedral, Montjuic, Port Olympic and Barceloneta Beach.
Enjoy several opportunities to become a real sailor – your skipper will show you how to hoist the sails, trim the main and take the helm (i.e. steer the boat!). Alternatively, enjoy the view from the yacht's comfortable cockpit, relax down below in the spacious salon or sunbathe on the open deck.
Leave the coastline and head out to the open Mediterranean Sea, where you will have more sailing opportunities, if you wish. Feel the warm sea breeze in your hair and the sun on your skin, and watch the water splashing along the gleaming hull. If the weather conditions allow it, stop to take a dip in the open sea – a truly unforgettable experience!
Enjoy a chilled glass of cava, beer or soft drink with fresh olives and almonds on the yacht as you sail back to the Barcelona Port (weather permitting). On the 2:30pm, 4pm and 5:45pm boat trips, take in views of the Barcelona skyline at sunset while savoring your snacks. Alternatively, if the weather is bad follow your skipper to a local bar after your sail for a well-deserved drink accompanied by local olives or nuts. You’ll then be driven back to the city center.

We had a great time from start to finish. As the only people booked, we ended up with a private excursion for the price of a shared one. The 'skipper' was really knowledgeable and kept us on a steady course. Great to see the coast line from a different perspective.

Our original trip was cancelled due to rain. Instead, we agreed to sail at 5:30pm two days later._br/_ Met the skipper as planned. Boat needed a ramp or walkway of some sort to enable older guests to get on board easily. _br/_ Refreshments served. Presentation could have been more informative. Experience was good. Because water was rough, _br/_ we never got to help with the sailing or go swimming

Unfortunately, I cannot remember our guides name, but he was extremely friendly, and seemed knowledgeable about the city. The only negative point is that I recall this trip being described as interactive, and also snacks being provided, neither of which occurred. The description should reflect what is actually included.

This was the perfect way to see a Barcelona sunset. Our captain was entertaining, knowledgable and we all shared a few stories and laughs along the way. It really did feel like we were on our own yacht for the evening. Highly recommended.

A cozy, comfortable sail on the beautiful Mediterranean -how could that be bad? The small group was nice and was just what we were looking for. Wow. Everything went perfectly to plan. Our captain met us exactly on time and we set sail into the Med and travelled along the Barca coast for a good two hours. Gorgeous waters turning from Emerald green to a perfect blue once out of the docks area. The captain knew his stuff and was a pleasure to talk to. He genuinely enjoyed taking us out. It was more than a job to him. We were fortunate in it was just the two of us on the boat but it's a maximum of 6 anyway so it's still personal.

We had a beautiful day to sail. I expected a boat that we could get up and move about on eg. Sit up from to tan and enjoy the sea but we were all sitting at the back crammed together. Beautiful views from the water. I don't think I would do this excursion again.

The boat tour was a fun and very relaxing way to end our visit to Barcelona. It was a nice change of pace from the sightseeing and city life, and we loved being out on the water. Our skipper was very friendly, and we enjoyed the company of the other guests on the tour as well. The reason that my rating is not higher is that the description of the tour was deceptive / inaccurate. In particular, we were not given the opportunity to swim, as advertised, even though it was a very hot day, the water was quite calm, and there were not much boat traffic where we went my daughter had really been looking forward to swimming, so she was very disappointed. Also, we were not given the opportunity to help raise the sails and helm the ship, as advertised. The skipper did let us stand behind the wheel while the boat was on auto-pilot to have our picture taken, but that was it. Finally, there were 10 guests on the tour, and with a full group like that, the seating area was pretty cramped, and there really was no room or opportunity for sunbathing other than the fact that were were all sitting in the sun!. So, in essence, this tour was just a boat ride, albeit a very enjoyable one. I'm glad we did it, I had fun, and the ride was worthwhile but given all that was advertised, my family walked away feeling a little let down.

No rating on this one. Unfortunately we got taken to the cleaners on this. The boat personnel never showed up at the meeting place. I tried numerous times to contact them, phone and email, and never got an answer. I found the 'boats' in the marina and it was very apparent that no one had been there for at least a day or more. Save your money and avoid this tour.

Awesome! So much fun and laid back. Both our guides were amazing and we had a great time. Included beer, but we brought some of our own wine and sandwiches! Boat has a restroom and small inside area as well. Loved every bit of it and Barcelona is AMAZINGLY Beautiful!

The weather was gorgeous, the wind was friendly and Captain Francisco was very knowledgeable, not only about sailing but also the history of Barcelona. We actually sailed sails up, motor off! The boat was the right size and it was a sailing experience. The crew were very courteous but they should have known more about the city. They had just arrived recently from out of the country. There was beer and soft drinks but no snacks or anything to eat. Overall, a nice experience but I would not do it again with this group.

Our favorite day in Barcelona. Our teenagers enjoyed jumping into the Mediterranean and swimming alongside the boat. We did, too! The captain and his crew were very friendly and helpful. The afternoon was over way too soon.
