Driving through the coastal zone from Basseterre to the Southeast Peninsula you will observe the majestic mountains on either side of the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea.  Admire the beautiful homes that are owned by Kittitians and other residents of Europe, France, Italy and American origin.  Many of them have made this pristine illustrious country their second home. 

Also, along the path you will view a number of hotels on both the Atlantic and Caribbean side with a 18 hole Championship Golf Course.  The facilities on the beach house a number of bars, restaurants, water sports activities, chairs and umbrellas.

Certainly a leisurely way to enjoy one of  St. Kitts specialties.

Meet your friendly guide at the entrance of the cruise ship terminal at least 15 minutes prior to the tour departure. You will be escorted to your awaiting vehicle where your tour begins. As you drive along the picturesque coastline of Basseterre, you will observe the majestic hills along the coastal zone of the Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea. Marvel at the beautiful homes that are atop of these hills as you enter the area of Frigate Bay. Some of these homes are owned by Kittitians and various residents that have made this pristine, illustrious country their second home. Within this area is also a number of hotels, restaurants and an 18-hole championship golf course.

St. Kitts is a mountainous and panoramic island which gives the opportunity of photographing spectacular views of the island. Your journey continues to the Southeast Peninsula and is comprised of ascending and descending vegetated hills to the various beaches along the Atlantic and Caribbean coastlines. The breathtaking Southeast Peninsula is home to some of the best beaches, bars and restaurants. This area will seem to be an island on its own, completely different from the hustle and bustle in the main town. The tranquility and recreational aspect of this part of the island allows you to relax and have fun by taking part in numerous water sport activities, such as kayaking, hover boarding, hobie cat sailing, surfing, SUP and snorkeling, just to name a few.

Your guide will return at a time scheduled for your scenic drive back to the cruise ship port.  As you arrive back into the main town, you have enough time to browse the town for any souvenirs and duty free items if you so desire. The shopping area is just a short 5-minute walk back to your ship.
