Whichever option you decide to choose, make sure you are prepared to experience an exhilarating adventure through nature like never before.
Your zipline tour begins with a trip to a base camp located at Romney Manor at Winfield Estate. You'll be given an orientation briefing on how to use your zipline equipment before beginning your tour.
Full Tour You'll explore all five ziplines on this 2.5-hour tour. After flying Line 1 (Monkey Trainer), you'll embark on a short off-road drive to fly the next three lines: Line 2 (The Boss), Line 3 (Mango Tango), and Line 4 (Brimstone Blast), which is over 250 feet (76 meters) above the valley floor and ranges from 500 to 1350 feet (152 to 411 meters) in length. A short walk downhill will take you to Line 5, where you'll fly to a river pool for the opportunity to cool down.
Fly and Walk with River Walk Your 2-hour fly and walk tour begins when you fly on Line 1, followed by a short off-road drive up to Line 3, where each guest will fly Line 3 and 4. Skipping Line 5, you'll take a walk to the natural river pool.

The Zipline tour was great once we got there. Our tour guides The Great and Wonderful Mountain Dew and Caliente were fabulous! They kept us entertained the whole trip. They were also very helpful to those who were a little scared to zipline - they are the reason for giving this tour the '5' rating we gave it. _br/_ All the paperwork I had said to arrive in the lobby at 1:30 on the day of our tour. After confirming with the Tropical Tour rep in the lobby of the hotel upon our arrival, we were told to be at the front of the lobby at 2:00 for pick up on the day of our tour. We would then be taken to the zipline and the tour would begin at 2:30. We were there at 2:00 as directed and waited, and waited, and waited. Finally one of the bellmen who knew what we were waiting for contacted the tour company. He was told we sent someone for them and they weren't there. He waited down by the road. After many other conversations, we were put into a taxi and taken to the zipline arriving around 3:30. I understand island time, but we were sitting right out in the open at the front of the hotel where all the taxis come through. All the bellmen knew we were there and who we were waiting for, but no-one approached them either. Glad the experience with Mountain Dew and Caliente made up for the delay. Otherwise, this would not have been worth the money spent.

We had a wonderful experience. Two of us had gone on this same tour 2 years ago and encouraged 9 more family/friends to join us including 6 first-time-zippers. Every single one of us was very satisfied with the zip company and it's great employees. We didn't get to ride up the mountain in the old army truck this time a disappointment for me! but we all wished we could go again, and again, and again!

The zipline tour was a real thrill. _br/_ We zipped with a couple from Rhode Island and England who were a hoot. Our guides for the excursion, Sugar Cane and Cappuccino were a pair of jokesters and made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. You start with a safety brief and don your gear and then board a large all terrain vehicle for the ride up the mountain side. Once there, the trip down is quick and exhilarating as well the scenery of EL CARIB Caribbean sea as well the foliage and fauna is wonderful._br/_ Before you know it, you are at the base station removing gear and drinking a homemade libation from a local self proclaimed celebrity who made this island drink..... wow it was good._br/_ The ride to and fro the hotel was quite the experience. Narrow roads, driving on the opposite side, and speed made the trip exciting to say the least! Our driver was very safe however, and made the ride interesting with tidbits of island's history._br/_ My wife and I highly recommend this excursion.

Great! The guides put safety first and It was a highlight of the trip. We did the Fly and Walk tour...wish there was a bit more ziplining but the walk in the rain forest was just as good!

When I first learned about ziplining, I was apprehensive, curious and wanted to try it. Wherever I go on vacation, I now look for ziplines. This one was my 6th. Safety was more than other places. Probably the safest I've been on. Length was about an 8 out of 10--I am always looking for the longest possible rides! Scenery wonderful. I would do this again! This was definitely good for all ages.
