This was a great way to get to Mont St. Michel and our driver was very nice. They have little videos they show in the van along the way explaining sights you are seeing along the drive. You have about four hours on the Mont which we thought was enough time.

Don't drive to Mont Saint Michel, take the shuttle and enjoy some narrative by a local guide along the way. We enjoyed our ride from Bayeux in a small van and the convenience of the service. Four hours is plenty of time to walk through the small town that is below the Abbey and to also enjoy a relaxing lunch.

Very convenient way to travel from Bayeux to Mont Saint Michel, We made our way to the top of the abbey as soon as we arrived to take the tour in english. Then had plenty of time to explore on out own. Lots of small shops and cafes before retiring to Bayeux

We truly appreciate that our van driver was a very safe driver. He also kept us well informed and truly cared about his passengers. I recommend the shuttle service if you have no way of getting to Mont St Michel.

Our trip to Mont Saint Michel with Bayeux Shuttle was outstanding. We were very lucky to have Amandine Eudes as our guide. She is very knowledgeable. As we were the only two passengers on the shuttle she pointed out many sites along the way, advised us on how to get around the crowds lots of people. Amandine grew up in the area and had worked at Mont Saint Michel so her knowledge is first hand. She speaks English very well but most importantly she has a wonderful personality. Very outgoing and a good sense of humor. Highly recommend her. Thank you Amandine for a wonderful experience.

The shuttle left on time. The shuttle price also included the price of entry and a tour. The driver did not go inside with us, and told us as we were arriving that he was not the tour guide. He told us to go inside to meet the tour. It was unclear where we were to meet the tour guide no signs, etc. None of us on the shuttle could find it. Finally, after asking workers at Mont Saint Michel, who knew nothing about a tour, we decided to just continue. Ultimately we just joined a tour that was about halfway through the site. The guide was fabulous. Afterword, we told her we'd paid for a tour, but had no idea where to connect up with it. She was gracious about it and we still learned more about Mont Saint Michel than we would have wandering around on our own. It is a place that should not be missed!

Overall, this experience was fantastic. We expected simply to be bused to Mont Saint Michel, so we were pleasantly surprised when our lovely driver, Manon, shared stories and historical tidbits all along the way. Also functioning as a D-Day tour guide, Manon had a wealth of knowledge about the areas we drove through and shared just amazing and heart-wrenching stories about her grandmother who lived through Nazi occupation and Allied liberation during WWII. We really didn't expect anything more than a ride from this booking and instead got an amazing experience with a fantastic and friendly guide. Mont Saint Michel, itself, is well worth the trip, of course--there's just nothing else like it! While my mom--who has had hip replacements and walks with a cane--could not make it all the way up to the convent, my dad and I did, and it was amazing. The only thing I would have changed is the amount of time we ended up having. We only had about 3 hours at Mont Saint Michel after the drive and we really had to book it up to the top and back down in order to meet up with Manon again for the ride back to Bayeux. Otherwise, we had a wonderful time and, like I said, Mont Saint Michel is a sight well worth seeing! It is truly awesome.

Shuttle was on time, driver Fred was really friendly. He took us to Mont st Michel in about 1,5 u . Escorted us to the shuttle bus that took us to the entrance. We had 4 hours free time,the abbey visit was included. Was a clime but really amazing. The views are amazing.

Mont Saint Michel was amazing, as picturesque a vista as you could possibly imagine. The town and Abby were like stepping back in time. The free tour was interesting and very informative, given by a friendly and engaging young lady. The shuttle itself was comfortable and included a number of informative videos along the drive. An excellent outing, highly recommended.

If you have read any books on Medieval times this is a must see. The abbey is undescripable it is so beautiful. The walk up to the abbey through the town can be difficult for older folks but well worth the climb. The guide was very good and gave good background info.

Wonderful experience. Too bad the shuttle buses do not get a bit closer. Certainly not the place to go for someone with mobility issues as the stairs will kill you.

Mont St. Michel is a must see. Even though we had awful weather rain and little visibility, the place is just breathtaking. I also spoke with the tour operator, Andy. He was SOOO nice and gave me exact instructions on where to meet the motor coach. John was our driver, he was also very nice. The motor coach was very comfortable and clean. Please note that this is not a tour. It's a shuttle, with informative videos to St. Michel. But we enjoyed it. We had plenty of time time to visit the abbey and shopping. It was the perfect amount of time, not too little and not too long. We did take John's advice and go see the abbey first and then shop. There's a lot of uphill walking on uneven cobblestones and stairs, but it's well worth it. I am very out of shape but was able to go to the top for the beautiful views. This was one of my favorite places to see throughout my European vacation.

It was a great trip. Nice and comfortable shuttle to the site with free wifi. The driver had good understanding of the place, was very friendly and he communicated properly. Shuttle ride includes interesting videoswith audio about towns and surrounding areas as you drive to Mont Saint Michel. Entrance ticket to the abbey was included in the package. We had plenty of time to explore the site.
