When making a booking, you will need to provide your flight details and your Beijing accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.

This service was great, the guy was waiting for us even though our flight from Shanghai had been delayed. His car was clean with air conditioning, the ride was pleasant. He didn't speak english but that wasn't a problem for us, he took us to our hotel with no complications. We were very satisfied with this service and we'll get it again in our next trip

The driver was not there when we arrived, it had taken more than an hour to clear through formalities and started thinking he had left. We called the number on the voucher but there was no answer so didnt know what to do. After 10 min we decided to do another round within the arrival hall and the driver just arrived! He took us to the hotel from there on without further problems.
