The driver was there as walked the corridor after exiting customs. He came around, assisted with luggage and walked with me to the car. Although he spoke no English he was rather gracious. He had a bottle of water ready for me and we drove in silence to my hotel

Recommend strongly that the driver NOT smoke in the car prior to pick up. Some travelers are HIGHLY allergic to tobacco/smoke. Other than that, it was fine.

Our driver was excellent. Whilst he did not speak English that caused no difficulties. He was waiting for us at the airport and he arrived on time to collect us from our hotel. The vehicle was very comfortable and clean. Highly recommend!

The transport service to and from the airport was extremely reliable. My flight was delayed arriving but the driver was their with a sign when I exited from customs. We traveled within the airport to the parking structure but the car was right at the exit. During the drive to my hotel they provided bottled water, wifi in the car, and some conversation. The pick up driver was different and didn't speak much English but was very nice and walked me all the way into the airport to check in. Overall a good service and convenient for late night arrivals - for those printing your voucher, keep it for the return or make 2 copies because both drivers want a copy

The drive was waiting when I arrived clean car and a bottle of water . Early for my departure again clean car and a bottle of water no English but driver know where to take me and had pick up date and place written in English so I was sure that someone would be back to pick me up on departure date.

While the person was there to pick me up in a very busy airport he was extremely abrupt. The drive was about as scary as it can get when you allow someone else to drive. On the return I was dropped away from the airport and had to maneuver across all the traffic alone with 3 bags which was a bit unsettling. But I arrived at the airport in plenty of time to catch my flight.

A guy was waiting for me at arrivals with my name on a sign and whisked me away to my hotel in a nice clean, comfortable car. The company then called me the evening before my departure flight to confirm my return journey to the airport. Again the driver was on time friendly and the car was clean and comfortable.

The driver was at the airport with a sign waiting for me. He did not speak English but it was fine because he knew where to take me and he had a paper with my pick up time for when I was leaving. He also communicated with the front desk at hotel to ensure I understood. The driver who picked me up to return to the airport told the company he was there at 1:30pm but my pick up time was at 2pm so he was early but then left because I came downstairs at 1:45pm and waited till 2:15pm when I finally called the local company. They called the driver who then arrived quickly to take me to the airport. Not sure where he was or why he left instead of waiting but there was some confusion with his time. Other than this, all was well. I got back and forth to the airport with no problem and within enough time. The local company was helpful and spoke English well. They quickly resolved the issue., I would recommend this pre-pay package because when I arrived it took us over 2 hours to get to the hotel due to rush hour traffic. If I had taken a taxi, I would have had to pay a lot of money. So this was a blessing to not have to pay any more money. The rate was excellent. I did not have to deal with any taxi driver issues, so I highly recommend. I only gave it a 4 rating because of the lateness of the second driver.

What a great feeling to turn up to a new destination, after a long flight, and see a smartly dressed man holding a card with your name on it!! Nothing beats this. We were very pleased with both transfers to and from our hotel. The drivers were puntual, experienced, the cars clean. Great service.

We requested a driver to/from Beijing Intl airport to our hotel in the Hutong. Your website promised an English speaking driver. This man spoke absolutely NO English. However, he was at the airport on time and waiting for us when we got through customs. He also drove us right to the front door of the hotel (which most do not - - - they drop you at the intersection of the roads), and he came in and spoke with the hotel clerk to make sure everyone was on the same page about the return trip to the airport the next day. They were waiting in the lobby when we came down, and dropped us off at terminal 3. Bravo!

I arrived around 10:30 p. at the Beijing airport and the driver was waiting for me outside of baggage claim with my name on a sign. He knew very little English but was very pleasant. Upon arriving at the hotel, he asked the doorman to confirm with me the pick up date and time for my return -- and he was in the lobby waiting for me just as he said he would be for my ride back to the airport. I am so glad I purchased this airport transfer. I know I paid a little more for this service but dealing with surly taxi drivers in Beijing for other short trips proved to be an adventure to see how well they could charge me extra once they knew I was a tourist and did not speak Chinese. I highly recommend this service for a hassle free ride.

Driver wasn't there at the airport as assured. I was phoned and told later that he had been and I had missed him - I kinda resented the call - he wasn't. The return trip was perfect - advance call - driver 5 mins early - courteous and polite. All well. In two minds wether to use the service again.
