All Inclusive Private Day Tour: Mutianyu Great Wall and Summer Palace

Enjoy a day with a professional English-speaking guide during your Beijing stay to famous Mutianyu Great Wall and beautiful Summer Palace. Tasty local lunch, all entrance tickets, Great wall Round Trip cable car or chairlift up and toboggan, Summer Palace dragon boat fee and private transfer service are all inclusive.

Your guide and driver will pick you up from your hotel lobby with a sign. The start time of your tour may be customized based on your request, but it is typically between 8-8:30am.

Then take a private ride to Mutianyu Great Wall (1.5 hours). This is a one of the most famous and ideal sections of the Great Wall. You will have an option to choose chairlift up to Tower 6, and spend around 1.5 to 2 hours on the great wall. For a fun experience, you can take a toboggan down from Tower 6. Or you can take a cable car up to Tower 14, and take a cable car down from there. Note: If you are afraid of heights, the cable car is a more suitable choice.

Take a break for lunch and enjoy delicious food in a local restaurant after your morning tour.

In the afternoon, visit Summer Palace which is a summer resort for Imperial Family Members. It's considered the best preserved Imperial Park. It was the royal garden in the past time, and is full of beautiful many pavilions, mansions, temples, bridges and huge lake, and corridors. The Long Corridor is in the Guinness World Records for being the longest corridor in the world. You will also see the famous Seventeen Arches Bridge, Qingyan Stone Boat, Kunming Lake and Longevity Hill there. After spending approximately 2 hours in Summer Palace, you will be transferred back to your hotel.
