The small air-conditioned coach tour with English-speaking guide starts with a hotel pick-up in downtown Beijing between 7:00am and 8:00am. Upon arrival Badaling Great Wall, you will visit the most famous and best-preserved section of the Great Wall of China, and travel back to the days of the Ming dynasty (1368-1644) when the wall was constructed to keep out Mongol invaders. At the foot of mountain you have the option to take the cable car to the top (your own expense) to instead of a challenging climb by foot..

Before an authentic Chinese lunch we will pay a short visit to a Jade Carving Factory and watch the ancient tradition of jade carving in action.

Next, drive back to Beijing, stopping en route at the Summer Palace, the best-preserved imperial garden which was built in 1750 in the ruling period of Qianlong Emperor. Wander among the pagoda pavilions, palaces, gardens, and lakes of the Summer Palace, and admire sights such as the ornate Marble Boat.

On the way to hotels, you will have a chance to enjoy Chinese traditional Tea Ceremony, where you also experience Chinese Calligraphy free. Chinese Calligraphy has thousand years of history and it was regarded as a kind of cultural and visual art. After the tour, transferred back to your hotels.
