First you will visit the Temple of Heaven, constructed during the 15th Century and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The complex contains a number of religious buildings once visited by Emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasty. Take your time to wander among the structures and examine the vivid colours and mosaic-style artwork embedded into the architecture. Situated in a large park, you will also see many local citizens engaging in music, dancing, exercises, cards and other games.

Afterward, learn about the history and industry of Chinese silk with a visit to one of Beijing’s principal silk factories. Witness the very process from the harvesting of silk using worms to the weaving of delicate finished silk products.

In the evening, enjoy a classical Chinese Acrobatics Show at Jinsha theatre with an aim to bring Chinese traditional culture with the world. Watch, from the edge of your seat, unbelievable acts of balance, dance, juggling and more.

Amazing Day. The Temple of Heaven was where the Emperor went to perform a special ceremony and pray for good Harvests for the people. Interesting architecture and colors. Acrobatic show was superb. The Chinese acrobats are the best in the world. The Peking duck Dinner was delicious. Our tour guide,Lily was exceptional in her knowledge and was fun and interesting,. Our driver did a superb job getting us everywhere, as well. This tour gets 5 Stars and Is a must if you are in Beijing. Thanks again, Lily!!_br/_ Chris and Diana Canada
