Our drivers are experienced and speak some English. To ensure smooth communication between you and the driver, we have designed a bilingual instruction paper that is carried by the driver, with a range of questions and answers in both Chinese and English. Also he or she would be happy to make a phone call to our emergency contact for translation support, and make sure we are able to solve your problem on the spot.

The actual pick up went smoothly. Saw my name the moment I step out from arrival. The local Agent is good. The only thing to be improved would be the booking confirmation I got from Viator when I purchased this service instead. There were no details from the Viator confirmation slip.

This was an excellent experience for us. The driver was waiting for us as we cleared customs, he escorted us to the van, offered us water, then drove in a very careful way direct to our hotel. The van was roomy, comfortable and clean. This couldn't have been better.

Driver did not show up, though I waited for 1 hour after clearing customs. No confirmation email was ever received from the local service provider either. I won't book via an intermediary again given the lack of clear handoff to the local provider.

Our ride was waiting at the airport. We were greeted and led to the van which was untidy and wreaked of smoke. It then took an hour and 25 minutes for the two drivers to locate the JW Marriotte in central Beijing. Despite their GPS, the two seemed confused. We drove dark streets in circles until.

Our United flight 807 was delayed due to safety issue with the plane. The delay was 3 hours. Upon arrival, we followed through as if we are timely. Looking for signs and later found my name. The person spoke no English, but was able to communicate and transact our business. His dad was the driver. Offered us water and whisked us to the hotel without further delay. Drove very safely and we arrive at the hotel without further delay. Took 40 minutes. Would I do this again? Absolutely. I would use local transport no other way.

Great Service from our driver our flight was 3 hours delayed and we had no way of contacting the company, but when we got there he was waiting it was a little difficult to find him at first because when you come out there are two different exits. So for about 10 mins we where walking around looking. There is a phone number to call in emergency's but we had no phone and the customer service at the airport weren't helpful. Luckily my husband found him walking around looking for us.

Very enjoyable pick up. Driver was a little bit late, but not so much that it was a big deal. He spoke to me via phone translator, which I appreciated as I do not speak Chinese. He was very friendly and welcomed me to Beijing for my first visit. Then he said now I have to focus on driving, which I also appreciated!
