Once you land, you will be welcomed by your experienced English-speaking driver and driven directly to your Beijing hotel. Depending on the size of your party, you will be picked up by a comfortable, air-conditioned sedan or minivan. When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Beijing accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. Approximately 24 - 48 hours prior to your arrival in Beijing, you will be required to reconfirm exact pickup time and place (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher).
Price is per person, based on 7 adults per car/vehicle.
Our driver met us as we completed our trip through airport customs and ushered us quickly to his car which was conveniently situated for easy access. It made the start of our trip so much easier than having to negotiate with a cabbie or take a bus. Though the driver spoke limited English, Viator made all of the arrangements with the private transfer company and it went very smoothly.

Firstly, the driver was not waiting at the arrival hall and I needed to call before the driver came over. _br/_ Secondly, the driver brought me to the wrong address the hotel's old address apparently despite me confirming the hotel and address again with Viator before the trip.

If you really don't want to scurry around at 11 p.m. trying to find a taxi stand etc. and just want to see your name on a placard...have your ride already paid for...this is for you. Everything went perfectly and we were hustled to our hotel without incident.

We had a wonderful experience using Viators limouse from the Beijing airport to our hotel. The driver was at the airport holding up our name on a sign. We claimed our luggage and were on our way. Upon exiting the arrivals area, the driver was holding a name card with my name written on it. Might be a little challenging if one arrives during peak hours as everybody else waiting were also holding up name boards. But the driver lit up a smile when I signaled to him. He readily helped out a hand with my luggage and directed me to follow him. Although he doesn't speak english he tried his best to make conversation with me despite my little knowledge of mandarin. Rode an executive type of sedan which was well maintained. The overall trip going to my hotel was pleasant.
