Driver's assistant met us outside customs and took us to waiting area for driver. She even found us a cash machine before leaving the terminal. Car was immaculate, driver was great, trip into Beijing was hassle-free and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Our arrival was so late that is was wonderful to have a pick up from the airport in a comfortable roomy van for 4 adults and luggage. It was a seamless transport and worth the cost even though our hotel was conveniently located by the airport shuttle. There was no waiting and driver was waiting for us outside of customs as promised. Wonderful!

The overall experience was good except that the driver was not at the arrivals barrier with our name displayed when we came through. We looked along the row of waiting people twice before ringing the contact number we had for the pick up. The office was very helpful and told us the driver was there and would meet us shortly. We waited another 10 minutes before we were approached by the driver with our name on a mobile phone. The transfer was very smooth and as it was late at night, quite swift. We were given a bottle of water on the journey that was very welcoming after a long flight.

The driver was there waiting for us with our name sign and we had an effortless and comfortable ride to our hotel. We were a family of 7 plus luggage and the company had a large, very nicely kept and clean Toyota van with complementary waters for the trip.

Perfect experience! There was a lady with a large sign with my name in the arrivals hall when I came through. Ashort walk outside to wait for the driver and car to appear then all three of us drove to the hotel in town. For a single lady having both the driver and the female guide on board is comforting for the journey. Very good service - even though there was little English spoken - but we all understood. This transfer was very good. We arrived in Beijing at about 10.45pm. The driver was waiting for us as arranged, Beijing airport immigration was very busy and took us over an hour to get through immigration, the driver was waiting for us when we finally collected our luggage. He was very friendly and helpful and a good safe driver who then drove us to our hotel.

Our driver got us to the hotel quickly which was appreciated given the heavy traffic. We thought he a bit of an aggressive driver, but we came to find out this is the norm in Beijing.

The driver after waiting 2 hours left the airport and did not wait for us. We were late but we had not way to let the driver know. Finally a person helped us calling the agency that called the driver to come back to the airport. The driver didn't look for us, didn't show any paper with name. At the end we found him and he took us to the hotel.

Great Service, cheaper than hotel can provide, on time, good clean car with water ready for you. Yes I would recommend this especially if you arrive after 10.30 p.m. as there are no trains._br/_ Do yourself a favour after a long flight and just book this transfer, the driver does not speak English although he knows exactly where you want to go. Yes, it is true, not much English in Beijing, only at hotel. Although we managed to get around for a week with no hassles once we learnt the railway system which is really easy and in English. Do not believe there is no cash, plenty of cash taken in all walks of life and even at the railway stations. A word of warning when you get to the city, Scam SCAM, a couple approach you in the street, asking you nice questions about where you are from, he is a business man visited from Shanghi with his very innocent, smiling colleague, they ask to have a drink with you at the Coffee bar next door, nice wine, tea, snacks come out and then the bill..... he tells you that it is customary for visitors to pay for this bill, and when we come to Shanghi he will shout, BILL SHOCK 300 Australian , its a scam, we said we would only pay our share 1/2 which is still a rip off in anyone's language, they are not breaking the law, but you may be if you do not pay........this couple are award winning actors I can tell you...........BEWARE of them in Wangfujing Street, where is says Coffee Shop, the owner of this is involved in the scam as well. Its a shame as we met so many lovely Chinese families at the parks, temples, railway stations etc. Anyway spread the SCAM so someone else does not get ripped off.

I am convinced this is the only way to go in China. I don't mind taking a taxi from the hotel back to the airport, but having someone there to greet you, as you come out of baggage claim, take you to nice air-conditioned car and have you at your hotel with no problems, or risk of scams, is great. Price is reasonable for all that you get. This is the 3rd time I have used this service through Trip advisor / Viator in my 3rd Chinese city, every time the same - just perfect.

I missed my connecting flight and contacted Viator through the website to change the pick up time. They never contacted the tour company and as a result I had no pick up for when I arrived despite contacting Viator with my new flight details. I had to wait over an hour for a local taxi and pay an additional fee for taxi service as well as get the address translated into Chinese for a local driver. There needs to be better communication between Viator and tour companies especially when travel plans change. Additionally, I had also booked another tour and contacted Viator to change the date but again they did not inform the tour company and I was charged the price in full. Not a happy customer.

They were great. Our plane was delayed for about an hour. I thought the they were not going to be waiting for us. But, after we cleared customs they were there with a sign with my name on it. The driver took us right to our hotel without any trouble. It was a great way to start our trip by not having to worry about how to get to the hotel.

Our driver was waiting right at the arrivals gate for us when we got through Customs. We had a short delay while our driver communicated with his office regarding the change hotel we had. Without any fuss he contacted his office, got someone who could speak clear English on the phone with me, and we worked out the change of hotels/location without further issue. Driver was very professional, vehicle was clean and comfortable and we felt very safe. Worked out perfectly! Thanks Viator!

It's was a good ride and the driver was already waiting when we arrived . The only negative I have, it-s a 10-min walk to the garage where the car parked, it may not be ideal for a senior citizen that does not want to do too much walking.

There was a problem with finding our driver as they had my name incorrectly on their board whe. We came out of customs. They had my second name instead of my first and as the driver didn't speak English it was initially a bit hard toe plain the problem even though the hotel to which we were going was the same. Luckily aomeone standing near did some interpreting. Even then driver was concerned that he did have the right passengers. He converted his text to English and it was then that I could see that my first name was on the top line and the driver had missed it. Apart from this it was a smooth but long transfer to hotel, not unusual for Beijing. Driver polite and helpful even though he didn't speak Snglish. Would use this service again

This is the second time we have signed up for airport transfer service through Viator--the first time was for a trip to Japan last year. We have found the service to be very efficient both times--the driver was waiting for us at the appointed spot, with our name on a sign, and was well-informed about which hotel he was taking us to. After a long flight from the U.S., it is well worth the price to have a driver waiting and not having to jump right into figuring out the local taxis, subways, etc. We save that for the second day when we are a little more alert!

Unfortunately one of our suitcases went missing in transit so we ended up being delayed in our arrival._br/_ Luckily our private driver was still waiting 1 hour after our plane landed. And my Mother in law was suffering from motion sickness and proceeded to wretch into a bag on the way to our hotel. Not the best start, but our driver did not bat an eye._br/_ Got to recommend service like that.
