Hmmm took too long had to walk all the way to parking lot when driver can pick us up in the pick up/drop off point in the airport. A sense of service should be instilled.

This is the first time it happen with Viator booking, the taxi was late and had to search where he should be._br/_ On my way to the parking, I met the taxi driver with my name tag._br/_ The taxi was a VIP Bus and nevertheless, excellent service
