This was a smart thing to do, especially with the added transportation. It made it so easy to get around and easy to visit the many great museums in Berlin. It was well worth the money.

Each of the attractions we went to only about 7 were all very lame, boring a waste of what little time we had to spend in Berlin. I think these establishments only make money from these passes that get you into them because theres no other reason to go. I highly recommend reviewing the 50 Attractions before wasting your money on this pass. If enough of them sound promising then I guess it would be a good deal. Find reviews on the internet about these attractions to better help you decide. Dont let the cool pictures of these attractions fool you like they did us!

The value is so high in this bus tour you cant possibly do or see it all.

The place to pick up the tickets was difficult to find. During the winter with limited day light and opening hours it is difficult to get any value from this pass. It is a lot cheaper to just buy tickets for the main museums on museum island and the hop on hop off bus ticket is only 18 euros. So basically good in theory with access to 50 attractions but you will only have time to see a handful and therefore a big waste of money. Loved Berlin though. The Berliner Dom was the highlight.

The passes to the museums and galleries was real good, however, the Berlin Bus Hop on Hop Off Tour was a little disappointing in that we could not hear the guide clearly and missed most of the commentary. Also, the hop on hop off bus tour should be for the full length of the pass purchased, 1, 2 or 3 days, etc.

It is worth getting this pass that enables to see so many attractions in one day , two days, depending on your choice. One needs to make a good plan to see most of them within the time frame. Note that some places, e.g. museums , are closed on certain days. Work out a good itinerary so you do not need to travel extra miles for some attractions.

I was very disappointed. when I went to go to the place to pick up my tickets I was not given them. I was turned away. I was told I had to have a barcode number. I didn't know I needed to provide a barcode number and he said it had to be printed. I had no way to print this bar code number. I showed him my receipt of purchase but he wouldn't except it. I was very excited to go on this tour and very upset they wouldn't let me after I spent my money. I was only there for a day so I had to leave the next day. I didn't get to see any sites from Berlin. I will never purchase from this company again.

We just broke even on this pass, mainly due to the fact we didn't do many of the museums although the pass includes a huge selection of museums and places to visit. It should be noted it does NOT include Schloss Charottenberg. It certainly did come in handy for the placed and activities we did do from it. It was easy to use and we had no issue with the places that were listed to take it.

This was the best way to see and get around Berlin. Absolutely the best value for money. We saw everything we wanted to see and visit and could use all the transport we needed with the pass. We were thrilled with what we managed to do during our visit. We would recommend the Berlin Pass to everyone.

Absolutely not worth the money. It took us over 2.5 hours to find the Humbolt Box where we were to collect our tickets. For the amount of money we spent for a three day pass it is clearly not worth it as it is impossible to see very much and the savings on transport not worth the money. I would not recommend and we are extremely disappointed.

We made a mistake booking a three day pass. We didn't manage to get the value from it. It was a nuisance that the hop on hop off bus wasn't for 24 hours which meant we had to spend a whole day on the bus. The cruise was lovely. Also, we thought by booking the pass we could bypass the queues into the museums, but that wasn't the case.

This would have been a good option except that we wasted a whole day trying to find the place to get the voucher validated. It could be validated in only one place that was not close to a U-bahn station. There was construction in the area. Directions were not helpful. We finally paid for our tickets to the German History Museum and looked for the validation site later in the day. If I had known how hard it would be, we wouldn't have purchased the four passes.

la verdad muy malo, no te informan nada, solo te piden identificacion y te dan las tarjetas, a la hora que pides informacion solo te dicen que leas los papeles, no vale la pena

Berlinpass was a bit of a rip off . We had to pay for a bus into the city to pick up the pass._br/_ The only value we got out of it was the travel tickets which could be purchased for 7.80 per day._br/_ Wouldn't recommend to buy this

Berlin was an amazing city. Very humbling with all it's history. The Berlin pass was a good pass to have, but our trip would have been less stressful had we had the option for the pass to be sent to our home address as the roads were blocked and we were unable to access the street to the Humbolt box. Also the directions of how to get to the pick up point were poor, would have been clueless had I not looked at the Berlin Pass official website. Would also have been beneficial to receive the guidebook prior to our trip to allow forward planning. Also worth knowing that the Pass is flexible as to when it is commenced. However, the pass itself was worth the money having transport ABC zones included.

I was completely satisfied with the various museum pass that this offers. However, there are other museums that this pass was not accepted especially CHeckpoint Charlie. THis is should have been included. Also, I like that it has subway and bus tickets because it is extremely helpful to a tourist who does not wish to buy tickets in the vending machine. The other suggestion that I would recommend is to have the city tour pass for 2 days. A day is not enough to cover all the tourist spots. Please extend it!

We used the pass with ease. The hop on hop off tour was excellent. No problems with entrance into the museum or use of the public transportation. Great value for the time we spent in Berlin.

I did not get my money's worth from this 2 day tour. However i do recommend that if you want to take the Insider walking tour on your own book it directly on theri website. Also the Hop On Hop Off bus only passed every 30 min and it only ran until 4 PM which is not long enough if you want to see the city. Also the stops are no labeled and it took me a while to find the right bus. There are about another 5 bus services that run more often so check and ask before you book. Since I visited in Nov , the River Spree cruise was not available. I would book the tours separately.

It depends what your plans are once in Berlin. We got a three day pass Monday to Wednesday. All the museums are shut on a Monday. A visit to the Reinstag means you need to register at the office with your passport. This takes 2-3 hours. The Reinstag is free. Travel is very cheap. I'm not sure we got good value but if you really plan on visiting lots of sites that cost and travelling a lot it's worth it. Boat trip was good.

Great idea to get this card for included travel and free entry to lots of museums and the Hop On Hop Off bus. I used the value of the card in entry fees and travel on the first day alone. The book you get with it has the included museums by area so you can spend a few hours at Museum Island for example and then move on somewhere else.

Enjoyed most of what the Berlin Pass had to offer. Sure that we could have made more use of it had we been in Berlin longer than 3 days!

Hop on-off was a waste of time. Museum pass was ok, but the wait time was too long. Next time I'll sign up for an escorted museum tour. Would have appreciated information that the Reichstad needed to be reserved a day or so ahead of time.

The information printed in the travel guide was out of date for the Pergamon museum not updated for TWO years. Over-priced, over-rated, did not include really interesting museums and points of interest in Berlin, like TV tower, Reichstag, Madame Tusseaud, Sansoucci Palace or any Potsdam palaces etc..

To my husband and I the pass was not forth the cost. We could not make it to enough places for it to pay for itself. Next time I would save some money and skip the pass. It does come with a helpful book though with information on the city.

Too much to cover in just 72 hours._br/_ But flexibility of navigating Berlin on public transport facilitates._br/_ Great to be able to bit some museums, and would favor the 3 rather than 1 hour boat tour around the city.

Although informative this tour company seemed to have difficulty maintaining their scheduled times during our visit BUT I have to emphasise that it provided us with a perfect introduction to Berlin's beauty, history and wonder..... I would book this again._br/_ I would also like to complement the Staff who were very hospitable and always obliging.

Using the transportation pass made it easy to get around and the museum pass saved us money. Would highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Berlin. One note - the 100 and 200 buses don't let you stay on in order to return to your starting point. You have to change busses.

The received was very misleading and caused us to waste half a days time. The info stated that we could exchange the voucher at the Hard Rock Café in Berlin but when we got there they said that had stopped doing this 3 months ago !! Very disappointed with Viator

We were very happy with our 3 day Berlin Pass. Instruction to go to Hard Rock Cafe to validate voucher then Humbolt Box to collect pass are incorrect. Go straight to Humbolt Box near the Dom and Museum Island, they will have everything there for you. It would have been beneficial to have the booklet before we arrived so we could plan our Pass time efficiently. Bus tour is a great to get a feel of the city and the boat cruise very relaxing and informative too. Unlimited public transport each day was great especially when we were catching buses going in the wrong direction haha. Berlin has so much modern history, the transformation since WW2 is amazing. It is a progressive, vibrant city well worth visiting. I thoroughly recommend a bike ride in Teirgarten as well.

The pass is a great way to get the most out of Berlin and we probably did things that we otherwise would have not bothered with. We stayed very close to Museum Island and the entrance fee to all of the museums, as well as the cathedral, are on the pass so over the weekend we managed to have a good look around all of them. These are some of the best museums that I have ever seen with amazing artifacts._br/_ On a rainy day we jumped on the hop on and off bus and did the whole circuit taking in what we may have missed and a walking tour is also a must. _br/_ II know that we got our moneys worth and probably didn't make the most out of the transport tickets, but I am so glad that we had it and will check viator for any passes when I travel in the future._br/_ Berlin is an amazing city and we wouldn't have got as much out of it if we hadn't bought the passes.

There is only one place to pick up your tickets, at the Hard Rock Cafe store and it's only open 10 am to 5 pm. We waited 15 minutes just to enter the store! The girl watching over the line up was completely disinterested and 11 people left before she would let a few more in. Then anotherr wait in line at the cash just to pick up our tickets. They had run out of 'full colour books' so we were handed a poor black and white photocopy which had a whole strip missing out of each page. It was very difficult to find the exact location of the boat cruise (had to google it eventually). Bus was a live person who only seemed to want to give the tour in German, hardly any seats available, had to stand for part of the time. Had to purchase the museum tickets for Pergamon a second time on line so that we had a time slot or we would have had to wait 2 hours to get in. Overall, a wast of my money.

Only one collection site is unsatisfactory. There should be an east side collection point. The pass is value if you want to visit multiple museums otherwise it does not deliver value.

It was spoilt by the lack of organisation by Viator in failing to have tour guide books available, I was handed 132 pages of black and white printed information, loose leaf, not bound what a mess. It was a disaster and if this is the way you treat customers I will not purchase another trip through your company. Your Agents were not interested in what they were doing only interested in the commission you probably pay them and caring for people in their shop. Having purchased four tickets, two couples I was expecting two tour guide at least. Lift your game. It I don't think it was your local provider or he said it was your company not sending enough books.
