After morning pickup at your Bora Bora hotel, board your powerboat to start an amazing day on the water with your knowledgeable guide. Soak up stunning views of the lush coast and turquoise sea as you cruise over to a shallow lagoon for a stingray experience.
Hop into the water with the provided snorkel and mask to get a close look at the tame stingrays, who might swim right up to you. Your guide explains how the gentle creatures have adapted to the human presence in these waters and shows you how to interact with the rays. Swim and snorkel among the graceful rays, and learn about their breeding and feeding habits as well as how they escape from predators.
After a memorable time with the stingrays, head to a prime snorkeling spot above a colorful coral garden. Snorkel around the corals while marveling at the multitude of gorgeous fish that flit about. If you prefer to stay dry, you can easily observe the marine life in the crystal-clear waters of the lagoon from the boat.
Worked up an appetite by now? Disembark at a beautiful motu (small island) where you enjoy a freshly prepared buffet lunch that includes grilled steak, chicken, fish, salads, fruit and beverages. Afterward, take a short hike with your guide to the island's summit where you get incredible panoramic views. Then have time to take a dip in the ocean or walk along the shoreline.
When you hear the sound of a conch shell being blown, it’s time for some island entertainment. Learn about local culture as you watch a coconut husking demonstration, hear live music and enjoy a short performance.

We were so excited for this tour because of the great reviews. It started out well, the guys were great, singing and entertaining us. As we approached the first stop, we were met with a torrential rain storm. It was literally raining sideways!!! We were all completely soaked, along with our towels. We thought for sure that they would turn around but they did not. They continued on to the next stop it was STILL raining. We got out and swam with the sting rays and sharks, which was cool. No complaints about that. But we had no dry towels!!! The sun was not out,it was still raining, and it was kind of cold!! We were all soaked to the bone!! And yet they continued on. The next step was snorkeling, which I didn't even do because I didn't have a towel to dry myself off with and I was literally shivering!! My friend went snorkeling for a short time but she came back early because she was just too cold! They were going to move on to the next stop but another couple who were from our hotel also wanted to go back, as they were soaked and cold too. So we cut our tour short and went back to our hotel to get dry and warm. The guys from the boat said they would be in touch, that we could maybe do the second half of the tour another day but we never heard back from them. A waste of 300....

Great trip. We all met at the pier We were on oceana cruise line. The first half of the day was a boat trip to several locations. Snorkeled with sharks and stingrays then a coral reef with beautiful fish. Our guide was very enjoyable. We then had a great picnic lunch on a beach, then taken to our Jeep for a 2.5 4wheel adventure. Dropped off at the pier around 4:00. It was a great full day.

Best tour of our entire trip. Despite less than perfect weather, we had a great time. Loved the itinerary and the crew were terrific, very accommodating and so cheerful and entertaining. The coral garden was amazingly beautiful.

Highlight of our 33 day cruise. Snorkeling with sharks, sting rays and mana rays was a one in a lifetime moment. The tour guides were great. They got in the water with us at each stop, and helped those who were fearful feel at ease. They also played the ukulele and sang to us. The lunch at the moto was good and first time having lunch in the ocean. This tour is a must do!

We had an amazing tour! The guides were informative and fun, and snorkeling with the black tip sharks and sting rays was one of our highlights on Bora Bora. We stopped at an island for a filling lunch, time to relax and explore a bit before being taken back to our respective hotels. It was a fun, full day. However, if I were to do this again, I'd skip the second half of the tour and stick with just the snorkeling portion. The people who opted for the half day didn't miss any snorkeling in the afternoon, and for us, that was the best part of the trip.

Excellent tour, highly recommended. Unfortunately the weather wasn't great on the day but the crew still made it a fantastic day. English and French speaking guides. We were taken to 3 different sites and were able to swim with an abundant amount of sharks and stingrays. The guides took the time to bring the rays to each and every passenger so you got the full experience. We had 2 frail elderly passengers in the group and the guides took the time to fully assist this couple over the side of the boat and back in again no mean feat. Lunch was on a lovely private motu with a good selection of food and drinks, even beer was available. The boat is a bit on the old side compared to the other companies running similar tour but this in no way hinders a good time. Only down fall was there was only 4 sets of snorkels and fins for 12 passengers so I would advise you to bring your own but otherwise have no hesitation recommending this tour or the company.

Best experience ever. Great guide and captain. Incredible swim with lemon and reef sharks, then fed and swam with sting rays. My wife finally snorkeled for the first time ever thanks to captain Chris. The coral reef area had abundant coral and fish of all size and colors. The lunch on a private motu was outstanding, fresh salads and fresh grilled fish caught that day. Best value for a tour we have ever enjoyed. Thank you Bora Bora!!

We had a great time with Christian. He was very helpful with those of us who were having a little trouble. We bypassed the Coral Gardens based on Christian's advice. The current was very rough and we all decided against. So on the the motu which was in a beautiful spot. Christian and his guys cooked us a great meal and showed us how to open a coconut and it was delicious. The trip back to the dock was really rough and rainy. But we just considered it part of the adventure. Thanks to Christian and his guys for a wonderful experience. Would highly recommend them.

This was a superb day of exploring the lagoon and beyond. Not reall suitable for young children but great for active adventurous teens. The ocean was a bit rough but the tour guides ensured we stayed safe. The fish, sharks and Ray's were amazing. A great lunch on a private island. We then got to have a snorkel and swim around the island. Great views from the top..worth every cent.

The excursion was great and the tour guides were very friendly._br/_ The meal/picnic on the Motu was great and tasted like a 'home cooked' meal._br/_ Everything was great except the description said they would provide fins which they did not have. This was disappointing as we noticed the other excursions on the lagoon supplied these._br/_ I also had a lot of trouble finding the tour guide on the pier. It took me over half an hour of running around and asking people before I found the tour guide. This needs to be set up better. I was quite distressed at this point as I thought we were going to miss the boat trip.

This tour was incredible, the guides not only are very thorough and passionate about their job, but they also take you to the very best snorkeling-swimming spots, which lots of diverse fish-corals, sharks and stingrays. Also they entertain you playing songs on the ukulele, while on the boat and provide an excellent island lunch, with plenty of relaxation-down time without feeling rushed at all. Very laid back and easy going tour, w/ amazing scenery as well. This all really made for a memorable experience.

This tour was SO MUCH FUN! The tour guide was funny and made sure we were all having a good time. I loved feeding the sting rays and swimming around the black tip sharks. While we had lunch, fish and sting rays were swimming under our feet - a real treat. Highly recommended!

Had a great time on this tour. Picked up from our hotel, Le Meridien. With a group of 12 for the day. Our guides Ari and Rainui were very funny, upbeat, and friendly. They played music for us and did the tour in both English and French. We had 4 stops - coral garden sting rays and sharks sharks lunch @ private motu. Spent about 20-40 minutes at each stop. All stops were great fun. Lunch was also good - we were served tuna, chicken, salad, pasta, drinks. The lookout point on the island was top notch and we were able to capture some great photos. A great day and a highlight of our trip!

This tour was definitely one of the highlights of our trip! Our tour guides were professional yet fun and willing to take all the pictures and videos we wanted, and boy were there amazing photo opportunities! We were lucky enough to spot and swim with a manta ray from a safe distance. We were so glad we invested in a nice underwater camera so we could capture the memories from this tour. We took 2 tours during our vacation and this one was our favorite by far. This tour usually consists of 3 snorkeling stops and lunch. I had mentioned to Hiro that I wanted to see manta rays and to my surprise our tour now had a 4th stop. Each stop was about 20 - 30 minutes. We first went to look for manta rays and although we weren't lucky enough to see any, I'm so grateful they accommodated my wish. Our 2nd stop was just outside the reef to swim with sharks. 3rd stop was back in the shallow waters of the lagoon for rays and more sharks. We then went to the motu for a buffet lunch where we sat at tables in the water. Lunch consisted of grilled chicken and fish, cabbage, corn, coconut, bananas, grapefruit, rice, juice, etc. The motu has a clean restroom which is a big deal for me. The other tour we took had the most disgusting restroom I've ever seen worst than the restrooms in my 3rd world travels!. After lunch he hiked up about 70 steps to the top of the motu for an amazing view. Afterwards we went on to our 4th and last stop at the coral gardens.

This was the highlight of our 30 day cruise to French Polynesia. Matt and the other guys were outstanding! We snorkeled, saw stingrays and had lunch on a private island. You will not be disappointed!!!!
