Very good and no problems. Service was good, food was good, dancing was good with plenty of photo opportunities. It turned a bit cold on the top deck but they turned on the heaters which enables you to keep drinking and dancing.

Better directions explaining the name of the boat and how to locate it on the wharf would have helped a lot, but once onboard the trip was extremely enjoyable. The crew was friendly and helpful, the food good, and nice music. The evening view of the city from the harbor was splendid.

Service was horrible during our cruise. I think the waitress on drugs. Missing take the orders and once she takes the order, deliver to different table. The entire team has a awful experience. Never come back... sorry.. such a terrible experience.

Entire dinner was served at dockside, not out in the water. Left the dock, after it was basically dark. Menu has not been updated to reflect what was served. Food was good, but menu was change awhile ago we were told. Rather expensive to set at the dock and see nothing. Take your money and go to Smith and Wollinskys for lunch and for dinner on the wharf. It's above excellent!

The dinner was substandard. For visiting Boston for the first time we expected some good local food. However we were very disappointed to find out there was no soup (clam chowder). Dinner was a choice of chicken, beef ribs (meat pulled off the rib) or salmon. We had the salmon and it was dried out. We were offered a roll before the meal and a half hour into the meal a second roll was unavailable as they ran out???_br/_
Service was slow, needing to ask/wait for drinks multiple times, however the waiter did his very best as he was serving multiple parties. Would not recommend this tour unless they upgrade the meal.

Almost missed the cruise because finding parking is a bit tricky. Everyone from the greeting officer at the gang plank, to the office where I exchanged my Viator coupon for tickets, to the waiters, hostess were great. They really tried to make this a special event for everyone. Weather was great, nice clear sky and a great view. Food was mediocre but made up for by the atmosphere, venue, friendliness of staff. Nice sit down dinner, attentive waiter. Entertainment consisted of a male and female singer. They were great too. All in all, recommended. If you can get a discounted rate, even better.

They were very apologetic and we got our food quickly, however it was obvious they'd forgotten about us. Once we got on the boat, it was quite a nice time. The food was good and the cruise was quite enjoyable with great views of the city and harbor. I would recommend the dinner and the boat.
Getting to the boat was an entirely different matter. The information about where to find the boat was almost useless, and the reservation page didn't even have the name of the boat on it. It also didn't tell us that we needed to go to an office to pick up boarding passes beforehand.
