Very rude driver on day 1 of our 48-hour tour. We tried to communicate with him, but he simple shouted at us through closed doors telling us to get on the bus ahead of him, which was already almost full, and we wanted to go on top, and were prepared to wait for the next bus. he really wasn't happy!

Badly indicated in general. The original ticket was for the day of the marathon so it should not have even been possible to purchase for the day when the bus was not operating. Not easy to find information or the stops. A private tour office were actually the ones that provided the information that there were no buses that day and where to go the next day. These hop on hop off are usually great and we have used them in various countries and multiple cities this was the only disappointing one we have ever done

This tour offered a very efficient approach to site seeing - the tours were translated into several languages, the information was well curated not dependent on individuals guides. The bus was easy to navigate, the driver friendly and the experience great fun. I was attending a conference with very limited time to learn more about Brussels. This was the perfect outing to see more of this beautiful and historic city!

As far as I'm concerned, you can't go wrong with a Hop-on Hop-off tour, especially this one that has two different routes. With only a few days in Brussels, we were able to see most of the city and enjoyed at several of the stops, specifically the Atomium and nearby Mini-Europe.

Definitely worth doing. However the company needs to get onboard with allowing people to use e-vouchers. When traveling people do not have access to a printer. The bus driver kept referring people to the nearby Hilton to print the voucher but the Hilton turned people away. Very frustrating.

We took both the red and blue routes. The only problem was the buses stop at Brussels Central station which is not the main station. Brussels Midi is the main station. Most express trains don't stop at the Central station and hence, we were staying near the Midi. Midi has more hotels around it than Central. It was a bit confusing and took an effort to locate the Hop On, Hop Off bus stop.

It took me a little while to figure out where a stop was so that I could hop on and start my tour, but all in all it was a nice and smooth experience. I used both the Blue and Red tours, so I could figure out what I wanted to do. The guide that you listen to is very informative, but unfortunately it cut off mid-sentence occassionly, not a big deal though, because if you want more details... jump off and visit the attraction or Google it :

Absolutely awful. The bus ride was terrible and there are so many left and right turns on this route that I actually felt sick during the journey and couldn't wait to get off the bus! Brussels is better experienced by foot.

Drivers were very skilled at making perfect turns on tight roads. Beautiful tour on an open top kind of day. Only complaint: audio jacks were extremely touchy on four buses that I rode, giving only one good channel of audio.
