All-Inclusive Self-Drive Hummer Tour: Ziplining, Cenote and Interactive Zoo

Cancun, Mexico

Explore Cancun like never before - through the jungle and in a Hummer or Jeep! Hop aboard a fully automatic Hummer and take the adventure of a lifetime, visiting an authentic Mayan ruin and interactive zoo, swimming at a cenote and going on a thrilling ziplining adventure. Book your all-inclusive Cancun Hummer tour today and experience the very best of the Riviera Maya!

Boarding your Hummer or Jeep vehicle, you'll head directly for the “El Rey” (The King) Mayan ruins, a magical archaeological site near the Cancun hotel zone. Spend a good amount of time here, interacting with the Mayan culture, animals and nature. You'll also have the opportunity to admire and feed iguanas which call "El Rey" their home!

Then, go for a 30-minute drive in a two person ATV along an off-road track to a cenote, a sinkhole with crystal-clear waters. With the clearest and purest water that you could ever imagine, you'll be able to see the bottom of this 65 foot (21 meter) sinkhole without a problem! If you're feeling adventurous, jump off of two different cliffs into the clear, underground cenote. You'll also have the chance to enjoy views from above the treetops on a three line zipline course.

While at the cenote, you'll learn about the religious beliefs and importance of the area to the Mayan people. Discover facts about the geological aspects of stalagmites, stalactites and of course the underground rivers which are a natural formation found all over the Peninsula. You can swim and cliff dive at these natural wells or spend more time on the zipline!

Next on the itinerary is a private beach club, where you'll have time walking along the beach or swimming in the water. You'll also enjoy a delicious lunch here and savor the true taste of Mexico!

Your last stop is the interactive zoo called Croco Cun. Here, you'll have the chance to feed and interact with various types of animals, including monkeys, macaws, snakes, deer and, of course, crocodiles. Get as close to the animals as you can possibly imagine and learn interesting facts about them before jumping back into your Hummer or Jeep and heading back to Cancun!

This was the best part of our vacation to Cancun! Our tour guide was amazing!! I wish I remembered his name - it's not that he didn't make an impression, just that it's been a couple months now. He was very knowledgeable about the city and the ruins, he answered all of our many questions and we just simply enjoyed talking to him as we traveled to the next fun activity. The interactive zoo was incredible. I've never been to a zoo that was actually as interactive with the animals as that one. The guide there was also amazing - very friendly and very knowledgeable. We saw a lot of cool animals. The Cenote was a lot of fun! It was beautiful. I never even knew those existed before. We had a lot of fun jumping in to the Cenote. Of course, the ziplining and the ATV-ing was exhilirating! The tour guides there were also incredibly friendly and fun. Overall, this was an amazing, amazing excursion. I was blown away by the friendliness of everyone we met. Every single activity in this package was so much fun. The price was money well-spent. I would highly recommend it!!!

Great Combo Tour which had everything - basic Ziplining, ATV, visit to an unspoiled beach with great lunch and the Interactive Zoo where the guide was awesome - unfortunately I do not remember her name. Also my son enjoyed driving the hummer for a part of the trip._br/_ Highly recommended.

The company that runs this tour is truly amazing. We booked through viator the night before we now know it is supposed to be a 48 hour notice and they scrambled to make sure this tour happened for us! Merak truly loves what he does and it shows! Kyle the other tour guide met up with us by the time we got to the interactive zoo and was equally informative. They made sure that we had the best experience we could. No need to worry about missing the perfect photo op, Merak has that covered! We learned so much about about the Mayans! It was truly a culture shock leaving the resort but with Merak and Kyle at our sides it was truly worth it! Shout out to the restaurant: The fish burrito was AWESOME! Ask Merak about his Taco Tour!

My 13 and 9 year old daughters really liked our guide Mercet (guessing at the name spelling). He was knowledgeable and likeable. Talking with him was a great way for all of us to learn about another culture. Zipling and ATVs were fun and the swim in the cenote was the perfect way to end the day.

Great tour! Marak was great as many of the other reviews mention. Very nice, friendly, personable, informative, etc... It was just my family 5 Marak on this tour so we drove our own Hummer while he had his own. Great time at each stop.

This tour was great. Our guide was Mirak hands down the best guide with a wealth of knowledge. Started with a hummer drive to El Rey ruins. Ziplined into the cenote. Atv through the jungle was crazy fun and if you do this tour its muddy! Interactive zoo was amazing holding alligators and snakes. All guides where informative and professional. I would definitely recommend this tour!

we did the all-incisive tour. we startet with the hummer tour, it was a bit boring, because we drove only inroad. i thought we will use more offload tour. Then we visited the zoo. that was awesome. A lot of different animals and you can touch them all. After it we went the the mayans. this was only a small ruins, but the guide did very good. Also all the tour he did his best to communicate and entertain us. _br/_ After it we mad our ate tour. This was excellent. Really good tracks but the ate are a bit old : After the tour you can swim in a conote. this is also very very good. So I gave the tour 4 of 5 stars.

This tour was INCREDIBLE. I cannot say enough good things about it. It was perfectly balanced with adventure and knowledge and our tour guide, Merak, was amazing. As long as your bring your license, you can drive the Hummer. The ATV ride was my favorite part because you drive them through the rainforest on rocky terrain--exactly what I would imagine off-roading to be. Make sure to bring bug repellent! I put a lot on and still had a fair share of bug bites. We ate a delicious lunch at the beach in between activities and went swimming in the cenote to wrap up the day. I cannot recommend this excursion or Merak enough.

This was the best experience I have ever had. Beside the minor glitch with our pick up time, this was the perfect adventure. Our tour guide was friendly and well knowledgeable about the city as well as other places for us to visit. He took us to an authentic Mexican restaurant where we ate and drank until out hearts were content. The zip lining and atv rides were in the actual jungle and we rode as long as we wanted. He took picture for us to were able to capture the moments without having to keep up with our phone. I would absolutely go on the tour again.

This tour was pretty nice, but not the best. There was very little off road in the hummers and that was only on a dirt road with a couple of puddles. There were only three ziplines and they were short, and slow. If you want real ziplining, this is not the place to get it and there was no snorkeling to be had on this tour at all. But that is it for the negative stuff ... the rest of the tour was pretty good. Our guide, Merak, was friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining from start to finish. The ATV trip was awesome ... literally pounding through the jungle on a quad on some narrow, rocky and rutted trails ... lots of fun, but make sure you are in good shape, because this one is not for the faint of heart. The cenote swim was refreshing and a good way to remove some of the mud and crud we collected while we were powering through some of the puddles on the quads. The stop at the El Rey Mayan ruins site was informative, and Merak took some great pictures for us. The lunch stop was at a hut type restaurant right on the beach and looked like something out of a movie ... I think my dream job would be to own and run a place like that ... and the seafood burritos were terrific. And lastly, the interactive zoo was everything I expected and more. You get up close and personal with crocodiles from babies to full grown, tropical birds you can hold and talk to some of them even talk back, snakes to hold, deer to feed and all with semi-wild spider monkeys swinging through the trees overhead. Three serious words of caution for this jungle adventure ... USE MOSQUITO REPELLENT!

Me and my Fiance booked the jungle tour for our trip to Mexico. It was one of the best excursions we ever been to. First and foremost, our tour Guide was amazing. his name Merak and he did a wonderful job of showing us around mexico. He had great knowledge about the mayan ruins and took us to great place for lunch. They had the best fish tacos. We also enjoyed the interactive zoo and Atvs. I would highly recommend booking this trip

From the offset our guide "Marak" was brilliant, informative and very knowledgable. Clearly explained all aspects of the trip and ensured everyone was comfortable at all times. He made the whole experience seamless and pleasurable. _br/_ We thoroughly enjoyed all parts of the tour and only gave it 4 out of 5, instead of 5 because we had done zip-lining previously and therefore could have gone higher.

This was sooo much fun! We recommend this to anyone wanting to experience everything. We had the best guide and would do it again! Just make sure you are up to all the activities listed so you don't hold anyone else back on the tour. (We had this problem w/ people in our group)

The tour guide was awesome! The ruins were nice, the zoo was lacking. My husband really enjoyed the zip lining and atv. The cenote was not what I expected. I expected to see clear blue water, it was more green. The lunch would have been better if I could have selected from the menu instead of giving us 3 choices. Private beach was not that great, lots of seaweed near shore.

This tour is a must for adventure seekers. Our tour guide Merak was excellent and very trustworthy. The driving is fun and easy so nothing to be afraid of. The Interactive Zoo is great and you get closer to some animals than you ever will (crocodiles.) The Ziplining and ATV riding was awesome, bring a GoPro Camera if you can its worth capturing although they will take pics for you. And the Cenote swimming and cliff jumping was out of this world. A MUST DO TOUR!!!! The best tour I have ever done so far.

AWESOME. This excursion was definitely my favorite out of all the activities we did in cancun. My friends and I came during what they call the 'off peak' season, so our tour ended up being a private tour for the four of us! We saw tons of iguanas at the El Rey ruins while learning our first lessons on the Mayan culture. We went to the interactive zoo and our guide was awesome. Fed monkeys, deer, held baby croc and python and one our friends even had a spider monkey with its baby on its back jump on her to use her as a tree to get to another one! Then we hummered into the jungle where we zip lined. None of us were brave enough to drive the Mexican streets so our tour guide was awesome and drove us. Zip lining was fun, especially because all but one of us had never done it before. It wasn't the highest or longest of zip lines, but perfect for beginners and I had tons of fun doing them. Then we got on the ATVs and it was all our first times - my favorite activity for sure! We got to a cool cenote and dived in either by jumping off the cliffs or zip lining in. Tried to do the highest cliff, but chickened out! Our guide jumped in like it was nothing! Since it was just the 4 of us and our guide, we got several turns diving and jumping in and hanging out there swimming... wish we could have stayed longer! Only con was the water was not clear during this time of the year due the algae buildup over the summer days. After that we ATV'd back to the hummer and went out to a really nice fishing village where I had the best fish I have ever had! And it was freshly caught and cooked that day! LOVED their food and we even had time to go out onto the beach and pier to take pictures and we saw a baby eagle ray!! It was an extremely fun adventure and Ezekial was an amazing guide who gave us lots of tips on where to go and what to eat while we were there. Our whole group enjoyed every part and we really felt like we got our money's worth. Definitely a must-do in Cancun!!

At first I was hesitant to book this tour for my family and friends because of all the cheesy other activities that people are trying to sell- I am glad I did! We all had the best time. This company is extremely professional. The day started in the Mayan Ruins surrounded by 300 iguanas (amazing). We then left on our yellow HUMMER and once out of the town we traveled into the jungle (close the sunroof if you don’t want to get dirty...jajajja), finally we got to the cenotes…..crystal clear waters and many gadgets to play with. I was afraid of the zip line but it seems fun, what I really loved was the interactive Zoo, we played with monkeys, deer’s and walk along the crocodiles GREAT EXPERIENCE, the guide was knowledgeable and very professional.

Great tour! start out driving hummers to El Rey Ruins. Our tour guide Markel gave an excellent history of it. Then drive hummers to zip line...this is ok, but if there are a lot of people on your tour it takes quite a bit of time to get through. Then drive hummers to ATV's to ride backroads to the C Note. Again, if large group this takes quite a bit of time for everyone to get prepared to ride the ATV's. There was a family of 8 in our tour group and they all had to change into bathing suits here and it didn't seem right because everyone had to wait for them, only one restroom to change in. The C Note is amazing...beautiful and the water is so refreshing and clean. Would have had more time there if family didn't take so long to change clothes. Then drive hummers to lunch in puerto morales, a cute little place on the beach outside, was great food and atmosphere. The drive hummbers to the Crocoon Zoo... awesome experience, walking right by aligators out in the open, holding a baby aligator, a baby boa snake and feeding and touching wild spider monkies that come down from no where out of the jungle trees. This was a great experience that I will never forget. Then drive hummers back to meeting point. Best points of trip: El Rey Ruins, C Note, Zoo. The zip line wasn't that great and the ATV tour was a little dull, you go slow and if someone can't ride right you get held back waiting for them. Thanks much to tour guide Markel, he made the tour awesome for us :-).

Don't think we got the full adventure of the tour because there was only 4 of us in our group. First of all, we were all squished in one hummer and the guys took turns driving. Us girls didn't get to drive. The cenotes were beautiful and refreshing. Jumping into them is awesome! I was disappointed with the ziplines. The one over the cenote was extremely short. Still fun, but not like I thought. The one above ground is so unsafe. You walk up this crookedly ladder to a makeship raft looking landing to get to the line. The zoo wasn't impressive either. Tons of alligators though. The food for lunch was inedible, unless of course you enjoy authentic mexican food. I'll take what we feel is mexican food over that anyday. Overall, it was an enjoyable day, just not what I expected.
