Add a little adventure to your vacation with a Cancun waverunner and snorkel tour! From the marina, you and a friend will board a two-person waverunner and blast across the Nichupte Lagoon into a winding maze of mangroves and exotic birds calling above you as you zip and weave through the mangrove forest.
You’ll exit the emerald shade of the mangroves into the turquoise calm of the Caribbean, racing to the coral reefs of El Mecco Reef. Here, you’ll put on your snorkel gear and explore this breathtaking marine habit, part of the second largest coral reef in the world.
After you’ve snorkeled the reef, you’ll have one more trip on your waverunner as you return through the mangroves to the marina.

This activity is hard core, strenuous. Its not the cute snorkeling i have done before. It in 40ft+ wave water. The waverunners were used as transportation to get to the lagoon so it wasnt as fun as free riding. It was 40 mins of salt in eyes and mouth both ways. Overall it was still fun.

This looked good on paper, but it wasn't that great. When we got there, they charged us $10 each additional. It was supposed to be 40 minutes waverunner to the snorkeling site, 40 minutes snorkeling and 40 minutes back. We went out and there was only a guide at the front of the line of waverunners - one of the guests fell off and there was no help. When we went snorkeling, we only stayed about 15 minutes, then were told 3 minutes to leave, so we all got on the waverunners to return - only to wait about 10 minutes while the guide took iphone photos of one of the guests while we all waited. It was annoying.

The actual tour was a blast! The equipment was great and easy to handle; the guide was experienced and enthusiastic; and I think the price was reasonable. We rode out to a great snorkeling site where we saw loads of beautiful fish. My only negative is the confusion about scheduling the actual departure time and location. I certainly would do this trip again.

Mixed feelings about this tour. Good news, Charlie Brown made up for a lot of concerns before the actual trip. The address is incorrect in the brouchure, it was difficult to locate the site, when we arrived, a gentlemen met us at the gate and did not know we were in the right place. I felt the organization from that point to the point of the trip was very loose and not professional. It appeared we had made a bad mistake. The equipment was not top notch, and we were concerned about the waverunners. Fortunely, Charlie Brown did such a nice job after we were on our way that he was able to redeem our concerns that we had made a poor selection. The trip itself was the highlight of our vacation. Great ride, great fish, wonderful time.

This was amazing!!! We enjoyed the ocean, the waves, the speed and of course the snorkeling. If you want to experience the beauty of nature and the excitment of cruising thru the waters of Cancun at high speed while enjoying the hospitality, this event is a must. Can't wait to go back and do it all over again.

Trying to be as positive as possible and still convey a message that encourages you to change up your program is difficult, but I'll try. The location and scenery both get 5+ stars!! Absolutely gorgeous!! The Waverunner was excellent as it turned out. But we didn't get the chance to do the snorkeling - don't know why. Then they offered us the ATV instead.. We thought that would be fun... it probably would have been for a 5 year old. Literally, we went around in a huge circle playing Follow the Leader, (we were not able to go off on our own on the ATV) in and out of the woody area, around a little pond - we did see a small alligator! and then, inside of 20 minutes, we were back at home base. We may have gone a mile, but that would be stretching it. That "excursion" was a huge letdown, to say the least.
