Come watch the recently updated Blue Man Group in Chicago at the Briar Street Theater. As one of the longest running show in Chicago, the Blue Man Groupis responding to the ever-changing technology by integrating new-age technology into their shows.
The show features the Blue Man Group's 'GiPad,' a giant tablet, for several aspects of the show. The lights, colors and spectacles fascinate kids, while adults enjoy the humor and social commentary of the Blue Man Group.
Despite the all-ages appeal, the Blue Man Group is not recommended for children under five years of age. It is up to the box office or front of house manager's discretion to admit children under the age of three into the theater. All children must have a ticket and sit in their own seat.

My daughter and I loved this experience! The show was highly entertaining and appropriate for all ages. I loved that we had 3 times to choose from on the date we planned to go._br/_ We took the train from the suburbs and got a cab to the theatre, timing worked out perfectly._br/_ No cabs around the theatre to get back to the station so we took Uber, that worked out great also.

I think I was waiting for more music along with the light show. It was there, but there is also a lot of performance, also with public participation. Besides this, the show is great.

Better than expected. Very funny and entertaining. Kids rated it the number one thing we did in Chicago. Driving and parking in Chicago is crazy and they did a nice job with parking. They even stopped traffic so people could exit their lot.

The theatre is wonderful and historical and really cool. The show itself is a must see...definately wouldn't take little ones, a family behind us had a little girl about 3 that was afraid of the noise and they took turns taking her out...waste of someone's tickets! We loved the show and had the best time!

I didnt like this show at all, I was under a much different impression, I cant figure why it is so sought after. I believe that this might be suitable for children, maybe even for some teenagers as well, but definitely I wouldnt recommend it for adults. Im 46 and my mother, who is 80, tagged along with me, and she absolutely hated it. Corny jokes that made us feel quite uncomfortable, we didnt have a good time, but thats just my opinion. If you go, be aware that you might end up in the stage with them, sharing some tasteless,cheesy, funniless, even disgusting jokes all around, and if you really want to go, be sure to have a seat far from the first rows, or youll might end up being wet and all. Definitely not for anyone.

Husband and I booked our tickets to see Blue Man Group with Viator. We were very happy with our seating arrangement at the Briar Street Theater, even though at the time we bought our tickets we had no idea where our seats were. We loved the show and it was highly entertaining. _br/_ Defiantly worth the cost of what we paid!!

My wife booked the tour, and I went it to the show without knowing much about BMG other than the drumming thing. I was very pleasantly surprised by how much fun I had. Never expected to laugh as much as I did, and we both left with big smiles on our faces.

We took our kids 14 and 11 to Chicago last weekend and the Blue Man Group was one of the things on the agenda. This show is absolutely worth the money! This show was very much worth the price of the ticket. I don't remember the last time I had this much fun for a solid 2 hours. One of our group was actually picked out of the audience and taken on stage for about a 5 or 10 minute skit. It was hilarious. Our seats were wonderful, the theater was perfect size for this type of performance.
