We got a little tired of the songs they played, over and over again, during stops. The weather was good and we sat on the top. If you do, wear a hat with a chin strap or just forget about it. Really enjoyed this travel around the city. We were lucky we had a couple of good and only one poor tour guide. Quite a number of people were complaining about the person who led their tour. You keep changing buses to see different parts of the city. We were quite happy with this. The night tour was great - there were only about 8 of us so we could see everything and move around to the best viewing seats.

The tour guide or bus driver could keep people informed when there will or won't be an evening tour. We had planned an evening in which we would use the evening tour to go to a certain area for dinner and an evening at Buddy Guy's club. Very disappointed when we had to rearrange our plans because we found out at the last minute that there would be no evening tour and that we were on the last bus for the evening which was not going where we wished to go.

There was no room up top. You couldn't hear the individual speaking from up top down below. The one good thing_br/_ was that we didn't have to get off the bus to get the voucher converted to an actual ticket. There was no clear marking_br/_ for the bus pickup. The driver was however pleasant.

Right off the bat, I encountered some issues. My confirmation was supposed to be emailed to me but that did not happen. My confirmation states that Eticket is accepted but when I got the starting point I was told that they cannot process e-tickets. Then the tour bus was 15 minutes late. It was suppose to start at 0900 but we did not get to board until 0915. Our first guide, Keith was very amiable and very knowledgeable but the rest were so so. One likes to talk about food. The tour was ok.

This was the best way to leisurely go around the city with good commentaries. We were able to pick the places we wanted to see and take our time. We did the whole loop first and after we completed it we later on chose the highlights we wanted to see and spend time in. Worth doing this hop on hop off always the best way to see the city.
