Clear Water Dolphin Tour much better as the Dolphins were up very close to the Boat to see and get great Pictures of. Chris was a very Great Guide and interacted with the people on the tour.

We were promised to see dolphins, which we did, but they barely appeared - no leaping out of the water for a photo op. It was our first day in Florida so it was just really nice to be out on the boat. The crew was all great and besides not really seeing dolphins, it was worth it.

The tour was nice. The only thing that I didn't like was the boat was really crowded and there weren a lot of places to sit. We did get to see some dolphins which was neat. If we did the tour again I would go in the morning or late afternoon to avoid the heat.

Service was excellent, the crew were friendly and they tried their best to entertain us. We also saw some very cute dolphins. It and #39;s recommended. However, if you and #39;re coming with a car there is a parking fee of $6 that you will have to pay or find some place elsewhere.

Nice, friendly staff. The boat left on time, and we did see dolphins during the trip. Our boat stopped off in Clearwater and picked up some ferry passengers. This made the boat very crowded on the way back, and it was a bit boring to wait for them to board. Other than that, we had a very nice trip.

Althougb advertised as a dolphin watching trip, this was primarily a party boat with a few dolphins thrown in. The boat had two bartenders, but no marine biologists people smoking and getting drunk on the top deckand, loud music blasting throughout the trip. If I had signed up for a booze cruise, I would have enjoyed it, but as an afternoon dolphin watching excursion it left much to be desired. I should have been tipped off when I picked up my reserved ticket and they asked if I wanted to purchase a wrist band for unlimited drinks. Would it recommend this boat for people whose primary intention. Is to see dolphins, the advertising is deceptive.

I was disappointed with this tour, only saw dolphins three times, but really only two. It stated it was a two hour tour but really was only 1 1/2 hour. Then they take your picture and at the end of the cruise tell you the picture costs 20.00! I saw the same amount of dolphins on the free boat tour at Clearwater Aquarium.

this tour ended up being our sunset cruise as you booked us at a time in the evening and supposedly were aware that the dolphin cruise only happened in afternoon. Also was told you were to give us choice of time and other things but we were given no choices what so ever. Sail tropics corrected all the problems as when we contacted you, the reply wasnt in time for us before we left on the trip.

I think I was expecting more from this experience but what it really was, was a boat ride around the bay. I didn't see any dolphins but some others said that they saw a dolphin poke their head up a few times. The boat ride only lasted about an hour due to engine problems, but we could give our name and reservation number to the office and come again for another ride. I wouldn't do it again even if free for the second trip. Live and learn.

It was a pretty day for a boat tour. Unfortunately we did not see any dolphin, but you do receive a voucher to be used for a future date when this happens. Overall a nice experience, but think they could lower the volume on the music they play on the boat. Note the time on the Viator website was wrong (boat left at 12:15 not 11:30) and the cost of the parking permit was $3 not $2 as listed. A word of caution, this area gets VERY crowded and traffic/parking can be a problem, leave plenty of time to get there.

Be aware that the car park across the road was hammered - we used a multi-storey down the road and walked back. This tour was the worst tour we have ever been on. It should be advertised as a party boat, not a sightseeing boat. Their way of everyone having a good time on the tour was to push the alcohol. We like seeing nature and take these tours to learn more about the environment and see different things. We did see dolphins, however, the captain did not. Which was odd because the dolphins were practically beside our boat. Captain and crew too busy pushing alcohol. He stated that we did not see any dolphins and if we have our name, date, and time of the tour we could do another tour for free. Even for free, we would never do this tour again!
