Our guide was terrific and full of information about the Palace as well as old town Corfu. This is a wonderful tour and definitely worth taking. An air conditioned mini van picked us up making it very convenient.

Other than the air conditioned small bus, this excursion was awful. Achilleion palace was not much to see especially after seeing all the palaces in Italy and France. We had to buy the admission tickets as well. The driver didn't say anything about the area, only answered a question if we asked. There was trash everywhere in Corfu-very dirty. Wouldn't waste my time in Greece again.

Driver was not tour guide_br/_ At Palace we were given headphones with prerecorded tour-live guide would have been better_br/_ Old town was great-needed more time there so we stayed on our own and walked back to ship_br/_ walk back was about 30 minutes

I have already written to you 're this tour and the total mix up of our collection at the port. We waited for almost an hour the hostess had neither our name or the company name displayed, it was a shambles. We lost the hour of our tour.

The meeting spot directions were very confusing. our instructions were to meet beside the Norwegien cruise shuttles...only to find out that they changed to outside the cruise gates! others got the same instructions and we waited for an hour to get started! our guide was quiet rough around the edges. She was pushy and rude to other tourists who were in her way when explaining the history. Achilleion Palace gardens was beautiful. A LOT of garbage on the side of the streets! be prepared so gross. We were left on our own in Corfu the guide did not take us anywhere or show us the town. Did not expect that, very disappointing .

The driver was waiting for us at the terminal as stated in the voucher, very punctual.. she took us exactly to the places included and also to a distillery to taste kum quat that is a liquor only produced in Corfu, this distillery also produced their own sweets and candy, very delicious, they also produce other types of kum quat some are stronger than others, but you can try all of them at no cost.

Excellent guide with a great sites to see. We had only 2 in our group so it really was a private tour. Our guide included a stop at the liquor factory and an olive oil tasting which were really neat and allowed us to get some local gifts from the area

The tour was excellent as was the local guide if I recall correctly it was Mary. Easy to find the group at the pier. The confirmation did indicate that our names would be on the bus but this did not happen. The tour company name was which made it easy to just go up and ask. We really enjoyed the small group over the 50 people per group on the ships excursions. Guide kept the group together well, respected bathroom needs and being local was able to provide interesting tidbits. As an amateur photographer, stops did not tie in super well with ideal lighting but I am now probably getting way to picky. Definitely recommend!

A very enjoyable trip. Our tour guide Mary, was extremely knowledgeable and made sure we all had a good time. We were concerned that we had no way to contact the company should they not pick us up on time, however our worries were unfounded, as the instructions we had been given were precise. We were a group of 16 which was ideal for this sort of excursion. Coach had WIFI on board and was immaculate. I highly recommend this excursion. Far cheaper than those offered by the cruise ship and far more intimate...

Mahi and the driver were waiting for us with signs when we arrived at the terminal. We rode in an air conditioned luxury mini-van with a great driver. Our small group included just my husband and myself. Mahi was extremely informative and knowledgeable about the history of the island and any other question we chose to ask! She was very efficient getting us in the Achilleion Palace and the van was waiting for us when we left. And that is a feat with all the large tour buses blocking the way. Our time with Mahi seeing Corfu was one of the highlights of our cruise. John and I would highly recommend this tour.

We visited Corfu while on an Eastern Mediterranean cruise. I wanted to have a small group tour, and our group was very small indeed! It was just my husband and I. And we had a wonderful tour guide and a driver. So, it was a private tour at the price of a small group tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating. She showed us around the palace and then we had a walking tour of the Old Town. We had about an hour of free time, and the guide actually spent this time with my husband who had enough of walking in a café while I was exploring on my own. I will definitely recommend this tour.

The guide was helpful in certain respects but at times felt ambarasing yelling at other people visiting the palace to keep quite while she was talking. Her accent was too strong, making it hard to understand what she was saying.

Excellent tour! Ship docked on 10 AM, before reaching the port building got an welcome call that someone is waiting there. waited for 5 mins for other passengers, and 15 mins later we are on the way to Achillion Palace. Small group, and the guide was very friendly as well as patient.I traveled with a 6 years old and 9 months old daughter, she took some family photos as well. In the free time, she took me to the bank for money exchange. Very hard working and make sure all of the team member gets attention as needed. Its a pleasant experience.

Great tour!....Our tour guide meet us at in the port building and welcomed us like we were family that you hadn't seen in years. We book this tour outside of the cruise ships tours. Guess we got lucky too, It was just my family of 3 the tour guide and the driver of a private shuttle bus. She was able to provide a much more personnel experience then dealing with the large groups from the ships in port. Plus it was a lot cheaper an very easy to find. Realize its a lot of historical information about the area....we didn't really know that going in, but still had a great time.

We took a French tour guide, pick up at the port was great good driver, very nice Mercedes van luxurious. We visited the Royal Palace of Corfu Achillion Temple, really nice great tour. After that our ticket said that we where suppose to visit Palace Mon Repos, our guide took us to the front door and explain to us what it was and that is it, never step a foot inside. Then went to the Old Fortress where our guide tied to sneak us in and got caught, she got into an argument with the ticket older, again never was able to step a foot inside to visit the old Fortress. We walk through town she was very knowledgeable of the place that was great, she showed us the front door of the New Fortress but never visited the place. At the end of the tour we have decided to stay in town and we walk back to our ship. Again entry fees where not included in the purchase price, this should be indicated on the web page before purchasing the ticket.
