Dreadful, despite numerous phone calls it appears we were not booked onto any transport and eventually after talking to one of the drivers outside and showing him our voucher he radioed through for us and a driver who had already left the airport turned around and came back for us. Poor driver spent the whole of the journey into the city trying to sort out our booking for us brilliant guy who could not have tried harder but according to him the trouble was when you work with idiots problems occur.

Waited at airport for over an hour half after contacting shuttle bus which they took there time to find my booking they said they will send someone told me were to wait in outside terminal but nobody came one driver picked someone else up and left me there after traveling for 16 hours got feed up and got a cab to hotel not very good booked return trip with them but dont now weather to trust them as got plane to catch

When I arrived at the airport in Dallas, I contacted Super Shuttle. When I advised the drive that I had prearranged the fare through Viator, he told me that the amount I had paid was not sufficiengt for my trip to the hotel. I paid an additional 35.00 to be transported from the airport to the hotel.

This was disgraceful. We sat and waited 50 minutes before being picked up and then only after speaking with the office and 2 drivers . The first driver made a call and said to wait there and 843 would pick us up. We waited and waited and finally got picked up after calling the office and complaiining. This is very poor service and we are not happy with Viator. We have a pick up tomorrow morning to transfer back to DFW airport I certainly hope we get picked up but do NOT have confidence in you doing so. Have sent 2 messages on the other booking for confirmation of pickup time but no response as yet. Get your act together Viator. I booked and paid for this month's ago.

On phoning the company from the designated phone at the airport, the customer service lady did not have a record of my booking or a knowledge of where my hotel was located. We were directed to wait for the shuttle outside. It took 55 minutes to turn up. Not impressed.

I had to wait for 2 hours at the airport as every super shuttle came it would say wait for the other one to come .When we phoned the number given as soon as I came it would say press one and as soon as you did it would disconnect and when I phoned again to ask what time the van was coming the operator said my name was not on the rooster and I had not prepaid.Waited and then one of the drivers phoned again and finally the Van came at 4 o'clock instead of 3 pm The driver was very good,but my day was ruined as I had to wait so long

Had to ask at the airport arrivals desk which phone we needed to use to confirm transfer. When a bus did arrive after about 15 minutes the driver said that we were not on his list and would have to wait. Then 10 minutes later said that we could get on the bus. It may have been the delay in us phoning to him receiving confirmation we had arrived.

Was excellent, I went to Dallas for the very first time, the instructions given on the confirmation were so clear, got my ride in 10 minutes and was dropped at the hotel without any problem. The driver too was very courteous.

We had major issues with our flights and arrived in Dallas four hours late. The shuttle people were awesome. They had a shuttle ready for us in no time. Highly recommend the Super Shuttle company.

Arrived in Dallas a called number advised. First of all they couldn't find our booking and after a while told us to head out and wait. It was 90degrees and there were a group of us standing in the heat waiting. A van arrived about 10 minutes later which was our van but the other passengers who had been waiting over an hour, were advised they could not get in our van but had to wait. Driver quite rude to all of us but at least he got us to the hotel okay

This transfer was fine and as expected. I was directed to the shuttle stop, the van driver made several stops and pickups at the airport and then proceeded to the hotels to drop off passengers.

i reversed comments ... driver for departure was great though very concerned again re the viator voucher. _br/_ when i rang to confirm they had absolutely no idea about my booking. I will never book a shuttle with viator again

The driver did not want to acknowledge our voucher that we purchased and was trying to convince us that it wasn't valid. The driver also seemed to have gotten lost as we were driving around in circles. There were other shuttle services that were more friendly and helpful than your driver.
