Enjoy a half-day personalized tour of Dunedin on this small group shore excursion. This tour has a maximum of 4 people allowing you to see the best of Dunedin on this personal experience. Your tour can include wildlife, historic buildings and wonderful scenery or if you have a preference on what you want to see, you can be taken there adding a little bit of history on the way. As this is a small group tour it allows stops when and where you want and you will be taken to all of those top stops for photos where larger groups do not have time for.

Your tour begins when you are picked up from the Port Chalmers Cruise Ship Wharf, just outside of Dunedin.

Dunedin has much to offer in the way of wildlife and historic buildings. In the city itself there is excellent Edwardian and Victorian architecture including the historic train station and Otago University. The Botanic Gardens, Otago museum and the Early Settlers museum are also worth a visit at no cost. There are also some excellent spots for photo opportunities of the entire city.
Only one hour north of Dunedin is the amazing Moeraki boulders and a nearby seal and sea lion colony which are both free attractions. 

At Taiaroa Head there is the Albatross Colony, Natures Wonders and Penguin Place each of which offer guided tours. On the way there is amazing scenery between the typical New Zealand hilly sheep country and the Pacific Ocean. You can also visit the historic homestead of Olveston or enjoy the Cadbury Chocolate factory for a one hour guided tour. Each of these guided tours are at your own expense.

To really get to see the Dunedin hospitality guests are also welcome for a cuppa at your tour guides home should they desire before being taken back to the Port Chalmers Cruise Ship Wharf.
