The trip and all accommodations were excellent. It was truly the trip of a lifetime. The tours were wonderful and the trip was very well planned out by Viator. My only complaint would be that I would have liked more information regarding our itinerary before we left home and we had one problem with a bus trip where we did not receive any tickets in advance. Otherwise the trip was excellent. The trip was very inexpensive compared to other tour companies and we were extremely happy with all our accommodations.

Overall the trip was awesome! I and #39;m not very athletic, so trekking is not in my future, but I still had scenic walks and a wonderful time. The Perito Moreno Glacier, Beagle Channel and penguins are not to be missed! Ushuaia has the bluest sky I and #39;ve ever seen.

We loved our trip. Everything was prepared perfectly. Good contact with the organisator my emails were answered almost imidiately Accomodation was like expected plus some upgrades. There was an info about our departures/excoursions waiting for us in hotels/hostels. Transport was on time. We had enough time for us and we were free to spend our time as we wanted to. _br/_ I can't say anything bad. Could repeat this trip even now :_br/_ I have only a good memories! Already missing sun, rain, people and landscape.

My daughter and I took the 13-day best of Patagonia tour with additional activities like the kayak tour in La Leona River and Walking with the Penguins at Martillo Island. Patagonia is an amazing place and the way Viator set up the trip was excellent. On our arrival, representative from Huellas Del Sur, met us at the airport and oriented us to the town and explained what to expect. Having all the hotels and the major visiting sites arranged by Viator, gave us more time to discover the towns and hike the trails we wanted to and tried numerous good restaurants and excellent Malbec wine all along. Highly recommend to anybody who loves nature and wants to see some of the most beautiful landscape of the world!

We had a pretty amazing trip. Everything was very well organized and on time and the places to see were incredible! We did not speak any Spanish but that was not a problem at all.

For anyone traveling to southern Patagonia, seeing the Perito Moreno Glacier is a must!

My husband and I were very disappointed in this and tour and; and did not have a very good customer service experience. Unfortunately the character limit here keeps me from providing detail, but ultimately this was not what I would call a tour and you should just arrange it yourself or join a real tour.

This tour was excellent with consistent accommodation throughout the trip. I had hostel private rooms and they were all fine for me and close enough to walk to the main parts of town. The only thing that was missing on the trip for me was a trip to see the penguins in Ushuaia but otherwise it was a very well designed trip and I was not disappointed! The tour I was on was booked via SAStravel.

I booked this trip for my wife and I, and chose the comfort accommodation. The tour is actually arranged by a local tour operator and Viator do little more than collect your money. Our tour arranger was Lucía Echenique and I had difficulty getting a response via phone and email initially on tour details. This made it difficult to make fine tuning on the arrangements. That being said we had the trip of a lifetime. The accommodation was adequate but the staff in every hotel were very helpful and welcoming. Calafate is a great town. Art Indio is a great place to change s and you will get your first opportunities to gorge on the excellent pastries that Patagonia seems to have in abundance. The Perito Merino glacier is spectacular and you will be astounded by the noise it makes round the clock. You are practically guaranteed to see a piece break off and fall into the lake. Danielle was our guide who provided an informative and entertaining commentary on the way there and back. _br/_ In Chalten we stayed at the Senderos, you will see reviews that the rooms are too hot and we had a similar experience initially. The overheating is due to the effect of the sun, Sophia owner was very considerate and provided a fan that dealt with the problem by sleep time. The hiking here in Chalten is every bit as advertised, however, time and distance estimates can be a little wild. If taking Laguna de los tres trail make sure to leave early in the day to ensure you return before dark._br/_ Puerto Natales is where we discovered that Patagonians eat late and we could find nowhere open before 7pm. Navigating the border with Chile took a significant amount of the first day as we queued first to get out of Argentina and then to get into Chile. Dogs sniff all luggage looking for prohibited foodstuff._br/_ The Torres Del Paine Tour is excellent but be prepared for the wind that brings gusts strong enough to knock you off your feet. There is a also the cave of the Milodon.

I booked this tour to help avoid the difficulty of arranging buses and accommodation in high season when doing Patagonia. There were some teething troubles in terms of support and communication from Viator and the chain of agents involved in the booking but overall, the tour does help with logistics pretty well and lets you get on with seeing the sights.

Considering that I am using a suitcase on rollers and not a backpack, the Hostel del Glaciar Libertador was not within walking distance. The hostel was fine. You just don't want a room near the breakfast area, which gets traffic evening and a.m.

Very bad hotel in Ushuaia. No breakfast provided, smelly and dirty room and the entire hostel. Won't recommend it to anyone. _br/_ No clear explanation from the travel agency about the entire tour. Missing maps of hostels.
