Excellent. David and all of the other works are amazing. You are left in the museum at the end if you want to spend more time. We weren't expecting to have to find the lunch place with a map on our own. I wrongly assumed booking with lunch meant enjoying it as a group but we were on our own. We had two separate times for the museums, so you have a large break on your own in between. It made it a full day, but it works out because you will be tired and sore from all of the walking! Tours were overall a great experience, but not sure if I would book with lunch on our own that they provide, again.

The dark skinned tall looking skin and underweight brunette lady with the glasses were very rude towards Asian clients .They were standing outside the uffizi at 4pm on Sunday 15 July .They were rude,,ignorant of our a questions handing out to other s ..last to us, very cold attitude.i have got pictures of the 2.We and our friends will NEVER use Viator .com ever again!

Wonderful tour! The guides were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the subject matter. They made sure everyone's audio equipment was working. I learned so much more with the guided tour than I would have on my own. Worth it!

The day we went (Monday) it was so crowded you couldn’t even move. Our tour guide did the best she could but they also get frustrated. You have to wear an earphone so you can hear your assigned tour guide but there are so many out there talking in different languages, your own commentary is hard to hear.. I can’t see it ever changing except maybe if you could pick a less busy time of year.

Guide was well versed and able to answer any and all questions posed by the group members. Radio worked well and even though the attractions were crowded - our tour group managed to have time to see the art and linger if we wanted. Very well coordinated tour.

Not really worth the additional cost over the actual ticket price.Guids were nice and somewhat informative

Fantastic! The tour guides were absolutely splendid and super knowledgeable. The lunch in-between was pretty darn good too! Generous portions, good quality, and nice wine!

We enjoyed our tour, but there was still quite a bit of waiting in line, and the gallery was still quite full. I understand that it is MUCH more crowded in the summer, and we were there in late May. So, maybe that had something to do with it. Our tour guide was VERY knowledgeable, however, and we learned a lot! Loved being so close to some of the unfinished works and the David. It was, overall, a great experience!

Tour guides were passionate and very knowledgeable about the exhibits. They efficiently guided us through the hectic museums while educating us and adding a lot of interesting historical points. So glad we were able to skip the line.

First half of the tour was great. Our guide, Marcello, was excellent. Passionate, knowledgeable and helped us find the best spots for viewing the masterpieces and getting great photos. You have plenty of time to wander on your own after the guide points out key things to you, but the Academia is quite small so there isn't a whole lot more to see beyond the time with the guide. We broke for lunch on our own, then 2/3 of our group returned for the Uffizi tour.

This was a nice concise tour with a lot of informative guides. Our second guide for Uffizi was wonderful. He gave us recommendation on other churches to visit and was quite enthusiastic.

Uffizi guide enthusiastic and shared her passion. Accademia guide needs to work on her people skills. Worth skipping the line and the art is amazing.

Disorganised start to both tours. Advertised as skip the queues yet we still queued for at leaat 30 minutes before being admitted. Tour guides were informative, but spent too much time on some of their favourite paintings. After allowing for queuing, fitting earphones, handing out tickets, more queuing, going through security, waiting for some participants to go to the toilets, the actual time spent in the galleries was about 1 hour, not long enough for the high price paid.

Great but a whirlwind! The tours was were well organised, and the guide managed to keep us together despite the crowds.

It was interesting to see everything but got tired of standing and saw 15 versions of the same Mary and baby Jesus painting.

If you want to see Florence and only there for a few days. Skip the line with this tour. Very informative and it shortens your wait so you have time to do things on your own later. Long day only b/c its seperated for lunch. You can opt for the paid lunch in the tour or do it on your own. _br/_ Easy to find the meeting point. Don't be intimidated by all the people. Find your group and it will work out and be worth your time and money invested.
