Excellent. David and all of the other works are amazing. You are left in the museum at the end if you want to spend more time. We weren't expecting to have to find the lunch place with a map on our own. I wrongly assumed booking with lunch meant enjoying it as a group but we were on our own. We had two separate times for the museums, so you have a large break on your own in between. It made it a full day, but it works out because you will be tired and sore from all of the walking! Tours were overall a great experience, but not sure if I would book with lunch on our own that they provide, again.

Wonderful tour! The guides were very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the subject matter. They made sure everyone's audio equipment was working. I learned so much more with the guided tour than I would have on my own. Worth it!

The day we went (Monday) it was so crowded you couldn’t even move. Our tour guide did the best she could but they also get frustrated. You have to wear an earphone so you can hear your assigned tour guide but there are so many out there talking in different languages, your own commentary is hard to hear.. I can’t see it ever changing except maybe if you could pick a less busy time of year.

Guide was well versed and able to answer any and all questions posed by the group members. Radio worked well and even though the attractions were crowded - our tour group managed to have time to see the art and linger if we wanted. Very well coordinated tour.

Not really worth the additional cost over the actual ticket price.Guids were nice and somewhat informative

Fantastic! The tour guides were absolutely splendid and super knowledgeable. The lunch in-between was pretty darn good too! Generous portions, good quality, and nice wine!

We enjoyed our tour, but there was still quite a bit of waiting in line, and the gallery was still quite full. I understand that it is MUCH more crowded in the summer, and we were there in late May. So, maybe that had something to do with it. Our tour guide was VERY knowledgeable, however, and we learned a lot! Loved being so close to some of the unfinished works and the David. It was, overall, a great experience!

Tour guides were passionate and very knowledgeable about the exhibits. They efficiently guided us through the hectic museums while educating us and adding a lot of interesting historical points. So glad we were able to skip the line.

First half of the tour was great. Our guide, Marcello, was excellent. Passionate, knowledgeable and helped us find the best spots for viewing the masterpieces and getting great photos. You have plenty of time to wander on your own after the guide points out key things to you, but the Academia is quite small so there isn't a whole lot more to see beyond the time with the guide. We broke for lunch on our own, then 2/3 of our group returned for the Uffizi tour.

This was a nice concise tour with a lot of informative guides. Our second guide for Uffizi was wonderful. He gave us recommendation on other churches to visit and was quite enthusiastic.

Uffizi guide enthusiastic and shared her passion. Accademia guide needs to work on her people skills. Worth skipping the line and the art is amazing.

Disorganised start to both tours. Advertised as skip the queues yet we still queued for at leaat 30 minutes before being admitted. Tour guides were informative, but spent too much time on some of their favourite paintings. After allowing for queuing, fitting earphones, handing out tickets, more queuing, going through security, waiting for some participants to go to the toilets, the actual time spent in the galleries was about 1 hour, not long enough for the high price paid.

If you want to see Florence and only there for a few days. Skip the line with this tour. Very informative and it shortens your wait so you have time to do things on your own later. Long day only b/c its seperated for lunch. You can opt for the paid lunch in the tour or do it on your own. _br/_ Easy to find the meeting point. Don't be intimidated by all the people. Find your group and it will work out and be worth your time and money invested.

Skipping the line booking is definitely worth it even though so many people are doing it that you still end up in a crowded situation. Even the skip the line wait can be an hour at 7am.

Our guide for the Accadamia was very knowledgeable on the museum. His detailed descriptions especially of the statue of David was much appreciated. He presentation of the info was vast and easy to understand. The Uffizi gallery was spectacular with the Bottecelli and DaVinci works.

We had an enjoyable day in Florence after taking the train from Rome. We were scheduled for the 10:15 AM Galleria tour. It was very crowded outside the Galleria and seemed a little disorganized - maybe because of the sheer number of tourists. Our guide Sylvia was very knowledgeable. She explained the history and the other sculptures leading up to David. He is huge!! So wonderful to see in person. We then had free time before the Ufizzi tour. We had a wonderful lunch at Buca Niccolini. Then spent some time in the shops. The Ufizzi tour was good. Our guide was Christina. She gave us a lot of details about the artwork. This gallery was also very crowded, but worth the trip. Be prepared to walk a lot!

Thoughly enjoyable. We took this tour as it was our 1st visit to Florence and needed an introduction to both the Accademia and Uffizi. The Accademia is the smaller of the two but contains Michelangelo's David. The Uffiz is huge and you only get chance to see the highlights. You'll need to revisit.

I'd like to be honest, I have been to so many museums without a guide and lined up. Why spend so much money getting to Florence if you are not going to spend just a little to have someone get your tickets and explain the important moments and art pieces. Well this is the tour to do and after wonder through. Great value for money and makes sense, in fact the guides make history relavent. Well done.

The morning tour in academia was very nice and enlightening. Also the afternoon tour was very nice but with all these masterpieces around me in Uffizi, maybe I would like a little more time. But this is totally personal preference. Maybe for other people it would be tiring. Also I have to say that both our guides were very good and informative.

4-5 Star, The academia tour was very good, good guide explained everything well. The uffizi tour was different we had mostly English speaking tourist but also had 5 to 6 Italian speaking, so needless to say 5he tour was exceptional long, and was very dry. 5he guid3 knew her stuff but she had to explain it twice. I fact we didnt even get to the da Vinci rooms until we only had 15-20 minutes before the closing. The guide literally ran past us waiting for her and then I could not find her we looked until closing time we finally gave up and waited at the exit to turn in our radios.... I will admit that I should have stayed closer with the group but doubling up like that caused the tour group to get spread out and in fact many of us were very frustrated with the whole situation.

We had an excellent tour and since our time was short having a tour worked well. You see the highlights of the Uffize Gallery and it leaves you wanting to spend even more time in this museum. My husband isn't necessarily a museum person but the guide was so interesting he gave the tour thumbs up!

Our tour guide was wonderful for the Accademia. She really brought history and art to life. We appreciated that she didn't just focus on one type of art but encompassed a wide range of mediums. She was very approachable and understanding of different participants needs and expectations. Her enthusiasm and knowledge was exceptional. We really appreciated seeing the musical instruments, that was an added pleasure. Our primary interest and focus was the David but she brought so much more to the trip. Regrettably, I do not recall her name at this moment in time. _br/_ The Uffizi Tour was crowded and later in the day when we were tired. My husband enjoyed and was glad we went to the Uffizi....my daughter and I were less enthralled. The tour guide was knowledgeable but had a lower energy and not as much enthusiasm. In addition, she focused only on the paintings as opposed to other art work.

Great experience. We did the Accademia in the morning and Uffizi Galery in the afternoon. Both guides were awsome, very knowledgeable and passionate about their subjects. If I were to change anything to our visit to Florence, I would switch the order and go to Uffizi Gallery in the morning as it is bigger than Accademia and is wonderfull to have more free time inside after the tour is over. The guide however did his best to give us the whole picture within alloted time frame. I highly recommend them both.

Better to do Uffizi in the morning so you have more time after the tour to go back in for a better look then do Florence Accademia in the afternoon.

Amazing tour with very knowledgeable and passionate guides! Highly recommend. There are many tours to choose from and we are glad we chose this one-despite the crowds at the museums our guides were able to navigate through and provide an intimate experience. Would definitely choose again!

Enjoyed the Accademia. Given voucher and directions to restaurant for lunch-which was disappointing: pasta, one glass wine, and chocolate cake. Very long time until second tour at Uffizi Gallery. In fact too long, decided to tour elsewhere and did not make it back...

The Academia tour was difficult. Ear pieces had much static and the venue was crowded. My impression, and one shared by others in our group, is that the guide was probably inexperienced. She made an effort but it sounded as if she had memorized a script without much personal investment or engagement. I pulled my earpieces early, stayed close our group and pretty much gained whatever I could on my own. And it turned out to be all right but not what I thought I was paying for. I wish I say otherwise, but I can't. Sincerely, Thomas Wilson_br/_ PS: Choosing your guides carefully and training them well with experienced mentors would be helpful.

The tour of the Accademia was not as expected. The guide kept repeating herself and we really only looked at a sculpture and one painting. It was so crowded you really have a hard time looking at anything else.

Our guides for both the Accademia and Uffizi were really great. I would not want to try to see either museum on my own because there is so much to see. We had the lunch option and the restaurant they selected was actually quite good. It's a long day but it's a must see in Florence!

Our tour guides in Florence at the Academia and Uffizi museums were great. The only concern I had was that the tour was represented as Skip the Line and we still had to wait about 45 minutes in line at both museums. I still recommend using Viator for their tours because the line for those without tickets was hours.

This was an incredible tour of these two galleries. They house some of the most magnificent pieces of art in the world. We were awestruck and felt so privileged in being able to view them. These are 'must-sees.'
