Meet your local guide before heading for the hills on a scenic drive through the Tuscan countryside. Your first stop for the day is gothic Siena, famous for its medieval streets. Choose to join a guided tour through the city(free entry inside the Cathedral is included). Or, alternatively, you're free to marvel the sights of Siena at your own pace, enjoy a drink in an open air cafe and meet the locals.
Enjoy a stroll among Chianti vineyards, olive groves and wine cellars before indulging in a traditional Tuscan lunch amongst the Sienese hills where Chianti wine is produced. Surrounded by grapes vines you'll have the opportunity to meet fellow travelers while feasting on local foods including cold meats, salads, pasta and bread. A wine-tasting class will be held during lunch including free samples of wine and olive oil (which are also available for purchase).
After lunch you will visit San Gimignano where you can roam the maze of cobbled streets and small squares, grab a gelato and walk between San Gimignano's famous 14 towers. Your final stop is Pisa, where you can take an up-close inspection of The Leaning Tower, view the Cathedral, the Baptistery and monumental Cemetery in Pisa before venturing back to Florence where your full-day tour concludes.

This tour was the BEST one ever! Marco was our guide made the tour so much fun! He interacted with us and just kept us informed and laughing the whole day. The towns we visited we amazing! Definitely one not to miss! Beautiful smaller towns with amazing views!

If you have only 1 day to tour Tuscany, this is the tour for you. Even though the entire tour took 12 hours, it did not feel too long, and we were engaged the entire time. The tour consists on visiting 3 cities Siena, San Gimignano and Pisa and 1 vineyard/farm with lunch. Siena was very interesting. Actually, all the 3 cities had something different to offer. Every town has so much history, it is in incredible. The lunch was very good with plenty of wine and time to enjoy._br/_ The only issue was that we did not have time to go in the Pisa tower. You have to buy tickets with a specific time to visit. By the end of the day, the left over time slots did not fit our schedule, so we did not have that opportunity. Otherwise, the tour was outstanding._br/_ The tour company was Walkabout Florence and they were very good. The bus was new and very comfortable. The guide was very friendly and engaging.

Would highly recommend as a great way to hit a lot of locations in Tuscany in one day. Despite being in a bigger group, it did not feel too crowded. Also, this tour would be impossible to do on your own with public transport and we did not want to rent a car. We had plenty of time in each location to see everything we wanted and our guide, Alessandro, had great anecdotes about all the places. Especially loved the farm for lunch.

First of all I want anyone who is interested in this tour to know that this tour is a big one with 60 people. I had no idea about the tour size and I felt overwhelmed in the beginning. However, I have to say that I did enjoy it. My tour guide was Eliza. She was very organized and was able to handle the group very well. The tour did capture all the highlights of Tuscany region. Lunch was decent however the wine tasting with it was excellent. I also ended up buying a bottle of wine from this farm where we had lunch. Overall, tour was busy, lots of things packed in one day, but was very well organized and I did enjoy it. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to see Tuscany in one day with an organized tour company.

Fantastic time with our tour guide Belen! She made the trip so much fun. We absolutely loved the winery and eating there. This was on my bucket list so I loved it so much. My son loved it too as well as the trip to Sienna and shopping there. Had fun climbing the tower at Pizza too. Lots of steps wear tennis shoes not flip flops! We loved this tour. First, we went to Siena and explored a beautiful old cathedral there and the old town. Gloria was our tour guide and she explained everything very well. Lunch was excellent on a beautiful organic farm in Tuscany. We did wine tasting there. The views were spectacular. San Maggiano was my favorite stop. I wish we could spend more time there. Overall we got to see a lot in a short time and really enjoyed it.

This was another one of our favorite tours while in Italy. This tour is so worth the time. We visited Pisa, San Gimignano, Siena, and a winery in Tuscany. In Pisa we opted to go up the leaning tower it's optional so if you don't want to,you don't have to. I'm so glad that we did. The view was gorgeous. Then we went to the winery for lunch and wine tasting. We absolutely loved the wine so much, that we paid to have some shipped to our home. The food was also fantastic, but the best part was the view all around the winery. After that it was on to the towns of San Gimignano and Siena which we loved. If I had known about those towns, I would've planned staying there as part of our itinerary. They were both gorgeous towns with amazing views, food, drinks, gelato, you name it. Another bright part of our tour was our guide Angela. She was very friendly, funny, and informative. If you can request her, I highly suggest that you try. All in all, this was definitely one of the highlights of our trip.

This was our second tour we took by Walkabout Florence we also did the Cinque Terre in one day hiking tour and it was great. Angela was very knowledgeable and friendly, and Massimo drove the bus well. We only had 4 days in Florence, so this tour was a great opportunity to see Siena, San Gimignano and Pisa in one go. We loved Siena and San Gimignano. The lunch at the organic farm in Tuscany was delicious and definitely worth it. The only downside was Pisa. It was quite a drive hour and a half to get there at the end of the day, and we ended up being there for one hour. We only needed 10 minutes to check out the leaning tower and take some photos, and the rest of the time we just sat and waited for the group. We felt, compared to the other towns, there wasn't much to do/see in Pisa, and we would have been happy to spend less time in Pisa or to skip Pisa altogether if it meant having more time in the other towns. The Tuscany One Day Sightseeing tour was outstanding. Our guide Alessandro was very knowledgeable of all the sites we visited. He was able to answer any question that the group had. We were allow to have our own free time in all the location we visited without being rushed. And to top it off we had a 4 star lunch at a winery.

This tour gives you the best of Tuscany outside of Florence -- Siena, San Gimigiano and Pisa. We were able to cover a lot of areas - both with tourist and local feel -- in a manner that did not feel rushed at all. Our guide Alessandro was great -- he was very informative, funny, gave us a lot of travel advice even for after our tour, and protected us well from pick-pocketers there were a lot especially in Pisa.

This tour was amazing! It's hard to believe we did all we did in one day and it flowed so well thanks to our tour guide Angela! She was so knowledgeable about the area and her bubbly personality was contagious! We all loved her! She was from the area but her english was very easy to understand. The farm that we stopped at for lunch had the best views and the food and wine which were plentiful was delicious! We were only in Florence for only 3 days so this tour was perfect for us to see as much of the area in a short amount of time. I would defiantly recommend this tour for others!

tour was wonderful and our group of 6 adults had a great time. you end up going to 3 different cities and also one organic farm/winery. We had 3 adults over the age of 60, and 3 adults around 30 years old. The amount of food and wine at the lunch at the winery/farm was very generous they kept coming around offering more food. It is a jam packed day and you leave very early in the morning and come back very late so I would anticipate either trying to eat dinner in Pisa last stop but not a lot of time if you decide to climb leaning tower of Pisa before returning to Rome or planning on eating very late on arrival to Rome. You also have to pay for all public restrooms so bring your 50 cent and 1 euro coins. The climb to the top of leaning tower of Pisa is also very long. I had bought tickets for everyone in our group but some of the older adults opted out. I did not regret it, the view is lovely from the top.

By far one of the best tours I have done. It was raining all day and I still thoroughly enjoyed it. It was at a good pace and got to visit many cities while seeing the countryside. This is truly the best of Tuscany in a day.

Awesome if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the more touristy cities like Florence! You get to see quaint, lovely, and refined side of Italy. Elisa and the driver Vernand were super nice and very knowledgeable. I personally really wanted to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa but after the trip struggled to find the ultimate highlight from the tour: Sienna, San Gimignano, or Pisa all of them were awesome. Truly delightful, absolutely loved it, and will 100 recommend it to anyone I know going to Florence in the future I already have to be honest.

It is a long day, but the tour is definitely worth your time! Our tour guide, Lavi, was amazing as well. She was very prompt, pleasant and informative. The lunch at the vineyard was delicious and the wine tastings were very liberal amounts of wine! Lavi jokingly informed us that the bus gets a little rowdy immediately after lunch and subdued during the next bus ride when everyone starts falling asleep, which was an accurate prediction. Lavi spoke excellent English as well. Make sure you try an exciting flavor of gelato at Gelateria Dondoli in San Gimingano!

For anyone travelling to Florence, this one-day Tuscany tour is a must-do. May be a bit on the pricier side but it is well worth it. The arrangements right from the pick up up to the drop at Firenze station were very well done. Plus the guides travelling around with the crowd Angela in our case are very helpful and cheerful.

This was one of our favorite days in our Italian vacation. I've never booked a tour on a trip and now I will look to book at least one on every one of my upcoming trips! Our guide Maria Belen was so amazing. She made the day. She was funny, educational, and warm. It didn't feel like we were with a big tour group because she balanced her time with us so well. We saw SO much in one day that I can't believe it. The lunch was so much nicer than I anticipated it to be. The view was just breathtaking. It was exactly what you dream about when you go to Tuscany. The guide we met up with in Siena was also hilarious and full of anecdotes about the city. We saw so many amazing things that I would actually take this tour again!

This was a really busy day, but each stop was worth it! The lunch at the vineyard provided a beautiful view on a beautiful day--I could honestly have spent more time there and less in Siena. In San Gimingano, make sure to stop for the official World's Best Gelato at Gelateria Dondoli. We travelled in the winter, so we made it to Pisa right at sunset, which was perfect. Very happy with our guide, Mary Belena.

Very busy day, with a lot to see. The visit to Siena is quick, but the cathedral is well worth it. San Gimignano is small city with great views, can't miss the gelato and wine tasting with the great view. The views at lunch we spectacular. Note that the lunch menu is very similar to the cooking class, so I suggest not doing on back to back days as we did. However they did offer a vegetarian option that my wife enjoyed. The trip to Pisa is a bit of a drive, but gives you time to take a short nap, and is a must see. Overall, very well thought out day, and our tour guide was very informative and the driver was excellent.
