We enjoyed this experience very much, great value and purchasing tickets and checking in went very smoothly. We loved the Everglades, the air boat and the Reptile Exhibit afterwards. We saw some turtles and we did see one small alligator in the wild but it was mostly submerged. Captain Jim was very entertaining and informative. To other travelers we are not familiar with the area at all so we came prepared with a printed Google map as well as Navigation in our rental car. Both fell short of getting us to the address we were given for Sawgrass Recreational Park. We just had to go a little further is all. You can see it in the satellite view on Google maps if you are heading North on 27 you need to go North of 75 a little bit. Google Maps calls it Everglades Rec Park and you can see the docks and air boats in satellite view. _br/_ We definitely recommend this adventure and Viator.

Would like to have rated this tour but unable to do so because the journey to the site from our hotel in Fort Lauderdale would have cost twice as much as the trip we booked. We decided in the end to take up the offer from the hotel to visit the Everglades which was inclusive of the transfers from the hotel to the Everglades and return.

No Crocs or alligators when we went there. Not during winter. We learnt this on he boat! I wish they had informed us before purchasing tickets.

The boat trip was very nice but we did not see anykind of animal. The Zoo was not really anything special and it was sad to see that the cages for the animals are far too small.

It was a great introduction to airboating on the Everglades, for a great price. The length of the ride was perfect. Saw an alligator and an osprey in the wild. The captain, Brenda?? Canadian lady was great - informative, funny and definitely in charge. Was really frustrated about not being able to get lunch for hungry family because the only food truck was closed to cater a private event. Might want to get a backup food vendor for those times.

The airboat tour itself was OK, but there was no show that was promised, and about 80 percent of the animals in the zoo was not on display.

This was so disappointing and kind of a tourist trap. Its great if youre already in the area or a local just looking to get out of your house but otherwise this is a short boat trip where the chances of seeing any wild life are slim to none.

Wow - what a great trip on the Airboat Everglades adventure - Captain Bob was informative and amusing. The Wildlife encounter was a real bonus and we enjoyed seeing the alligators and the animals and birds that had been rescued and had been given a new home._br/_ Lovely staff around the park with great knowledge of the animals and also the staff in the gift shop.

This a very disappointing place. The air boat tour is ok but there is no gator in this place, we saw only a small one and a couple of turtle. The wildlife area is really small .

We originally went on the day we booked it for. Because of lightening we were not able to go. Luckily we were free Friday and weather was more pleasant and was able to go. Our guide, I forgot his name, I know he used to be a zoo keeper was very informative and even though it was late afternoon we were able to see an alligator from a distance. The only thing that made me nervous was the boat we were on had no sides to it. The imagination in me pictured an alligator jumping right in the front. lol But it was an enjoyable trip. They had exhibits of animals they saved from people who kept the exotic animals as pets and were no longer able to care for them. I was most fond of the cat exhibit. They had a food truck which was a nice touch since we were hungry and there were no nearby restaurants. It didn't hurt that the food was good too. I would recommend this trip.

The trip is just as advertised! Our guide was fun and informative and he got us VERY close to the gators. It is wonderful that the wildlife in the encounter zoo are all rescues saved from being put down. The entire staff was great and answered every question with a smile except for the woman at the gift area in the zoo who couldn't be bothered to get her nose out of her computer. 30 minutes goes by fast yet it was enough and perfect for the kids attention span. Go for it!

My husband and I took an airboat ride at this location and we really enjoyed it! The ride lasted over 30 minutes and Captain Bob gave us some historical information on the Everglades. This is a fun, unique activity that I recommend!

Didn't see any Gators.. so it was disappointing. Nice people, animal exhibits were small and made you feel bad for the animals.. especially the Panthers. Nice people and the boat ride was OK.. again no Gators sighted.
