Iguassu Falls Bird Park General Admission Ticket and Tour
Foz do Iguacu, Brazil
Calling all bird enthusiasts! Hop on a half-day tour to the Iguassu Falls bird park, 12 acres of subtropical forest filled with numerous species of birds. Don't miss the chance to watch, photograph and listen to exotic birds in a beautiful natural setting in Foz do Iguacu.
Between visits to Iguassu Falls, check out another Foz do Iguacu attraction! The bird park on the Brazilian side of Iguassu Falls boats an impressive array of wildlife. It offers you the unique opportunity to step into several 8-foot- (2.5-meter) tall aviaries for an up-close look at their tropical inhabitants. There are more than 150 distinct species of birds, both indigenous to the Iguassu region and from other areas of the world.
While the birds are the main attraction, other exhibits include snakes, lizards and butterflies!
We got picked up from our hotel on time and driven to the park. We got the tickets directly without having to wait the queue. Overall it was fine but it is mainly that transport and fast tickets. The time we had in the park was adequate although we did not stop once we were in. If you have kids, you just want to walk slowly or there is a big queue in the gift shop you may be late for your pick up.

I booked this tour for Dec 11 at 8:00am. This tour should be 4 hours. However, they change it to Dec 9 afternoon which after my tour to Iguassu Fall Brazil which is next to this park. They drop me off there for one hour which we do not want to do two parks in one day. Our booking for this day afternoon should be a city tour at 2:00 pm. The bird park is great but is not worth for my money paid as this tour should be include round trip transfer from hotel and is four hours instead of dropping us off there for one hour.

The package includes transport and entrance ticket, I did this tour with waterfall, and the bird park is just outside the waterfall, which means for 30 dollar i paid is only the entrance ticket, far too expensive, not recommended at all, but the bird park itself is great.

you may not hit lucky but our guide was very knowledgeable and made the trip excellent for the kids; make a day of it if you can to enjoy the cafe etc and revisit the best birds.
