The airport transfer was good. Right on time when we arrived and knowledgeable driver. The only disappointing thing was their insistence that we had to be picked up 3 hours before our flight even when we called to request a later return time. They picked us up and there was no line at the airport and had to sit for 2.75 hours before boarding our plane.

When picking us up from the airport the driver was already onsite however he made us wait approx. 20 min. outside in the heat before departing for our hotel because he was waiting on other guests which never arrived.

The shuttle was ready for us and our very pleasant driver exactly where he'd told us he would be. He took us to our apartment and on the way made plenty of very interesting comments as he'd understood it was our firs trip to the Grand Bahama. Thank you so much.

Getting into Freeport, we easily found the counter. I unfortunately did not realize I should have emailed prior to my arrival to confirm. No worries, they called and someone came and got us within 20 minutes. On our return trip, gentleman was there and was able to give us some history on the Island. It was wonderful. Thank you.

Trip over was perfect, we were with the same group as a larger tour going to the same hotel in a large coach. Driver took a minor detour to show us the local sights and kept everyone entertained. Return was a little bit of a mess, the hotel had to call the operator, as the bus was late. When it did show up, it was a limo bus with tables and TV so that was cool. We did make the flight with time to spare, so no worries. Would book again.

Arriving to Freeport and having this company at the airport was definitely helpful and cheaper the the Vacation Express option. Ride was smooth, driver helpful. On the way back, the pick up from the hotel was a bit interesting. Expected a van, but a taxi driver in a car ended up taking us to the airport with another couple through the same company. Island life you may call. Either way, drive was safe, quick and went just fine.

i would have rated it at 5 stars except for our experience in arriving when aviator attempted to put us on the same big bus as every other arriving passenger. after some discussion with the representative at the airport and some 10-15 minutes of waiting around, they finally put us a smaller shuttle with 8 other passengers. not what we thought we were getting. the return to the airport went very well and was exactly what we expected.

When I arrived, I had to ask a couple of people to find out where they were at. They refer me to a lady that was standing nearby. She asked me to wait by a bus outside and gave me my paperwork with the return information. The bus was comfortable and had A/C. They were punctual picking me up for my return. The price and service were good.

Just visited Memories Grand Bahama over the JUly 4th weekend. It was a terrific vacation. Very glad I booked the round trip transfer thru Viator using the Forbes charter bus. It was a reasonable price, not a rip off like some other deals out there or the cost of a private taxi. It was a nice bus, comfy seats and air conditioned. Driver was fun and most people took it so you felt safe going with the crowd lol Def recommend!

This airport transfer was awesome! When we arrived at the airport someone was there waiting for us, holding up a paper with my name on it. We were taken to our resort in a deluxe van with a flat screen tv and a table. Of course we didn't need a tv because it was just a 15 minute ride, but it was cool anyway. Then, on our return trip to the airport someone came for us in the same van. We watched others be herded into a huge bus like cattle, while we were treated royally.

My trip from airport to my resort was great. They were their on time and knew who I was and the driver was polite and my bags were handle properly. Mind you the return to the airport was not so good. they were late, one hour late.They were called twice from front desk as they seemed to think I was at a different hotel .

I was an hour late for pickup due to late take-off. I walked outside and waved the driver down to stop. He opened the door and said I had to wait for next bus. I only had to wait another 5 minutes, but it would of been nice to get right on the first bus instead of waiting in the heat. The driver of the second bus was awesome, had the whole bus to myself so received a personal one on one personal guided tour, thanks. Will certainly use again due to this driver going above and beyond his job description. Thanks Carsene

very friendly driver on the way there. They forgot to pick us up on the way back. we had to go with another drive, not assigned with us and were 20 minutes late leaving.
