My initial flight was cancelled replaced with one 8 hours later. I contacted the company and informed them of my delay. There was someone waiting for me as soon as I got off the plane and I was whisked away to my hotel promptly. That's great service!

Our flight was cancelled on the10 /2/2017 and rescheduled for late the following day.I could not contact viator so thought that I would have to pay for a taxi when we arrived.I was extremely pleased that when we arrived the taxi was waiting for us at the airport._br/_ Really pleasant driver.A good end to what had proved a very difficult journey to Madeira.

Our return transfer pickup time was not posted in our packet. The owners cell phone number and name were included so we were able to confirm our 4AM departure on Monday morning during non business hours. All of the transfers were prompt, courteous and efficient.
