Beautiful hills, valleys, and lakes.

Without exaggeration, this was the best tour I have ever been on. _br/_ Every spot we stopped at felt magically beautiful our first stop was Loch Lomond, and I was completely in awe. And each destination after just increased in awesomeness. Between the wonderous landscapes of the Western Highlands, the stories of the clans, and the history in each castle we saw, I was never bored._br/_ Our guide Graham was knowledgeable, funny, friendly, and a great driver. I went on the tour alone, and he made me feel very welcome. The time he spent driving felt balanced with the amount of stops he took us to and the time we spent in each place. He told many stories of the places we were in while he drove. And when there was a traffic jam on the usual route back to Glasgow, Graham took a detour to a huge lake and a bonus castle! _br/_ This tour is a full day with a good amount of driving, which I was nervous about about before departing, but with so much fun in the van listening to Graham's playlist of traditional Scottish music, the day went by super fast. And Pro tip: it's totally acceptable to take a nap in the van if you need to :

This was an amazing tour through the West Highlands from Loch Lomond to Glencoe! We saw Kilchurn Castle, Stalker Castle, and Inveraray Castle! Our guide, Gordon, was very kind and so knowledgeable on the history of the area! I highly recommend taking this tour, although, when it states wear good walking shoes, wear good walking shoes! If it is raining the path between the road and the roughens of Kilchurn Castle is really muddy and your walking through the moor! The tour was beautiful, which was another highpoint of my trip!

Our tour guide Gordon was absolutely amazing! He had so many great facts and stories to tell us about the places we visited. I really fell in love with the Highlands on this tour - what an amazing piece of the world and stunning landscapes! We visited a few castles too that were really incredible. Kilchurn Castle was a really cool experience because we got to walk around in it. As a huge Monty Python fan, I was in awe of seeing Castle Stalker in real life! So cool! I would highly recommend this tour to anyone considering it - you get a great mix of culture, history, and visually stunning landscapes.

This is the best trip I have ever had! We travelled with Tony, who gave us a lot of interesting information like legends or history and many occasions to take photos of beautiful sceneries. He was also witty and has really big knowledge. During the trip we were also listening to the traditional scottish music. What should you expect? During the trip you can see beautiful villages/towns like Inveraray, Oban, Luss - they are definetely my favourite! You are going to be delighted by marvelous lochs and mountains. This trip is worth every penny. I think about choosing it again. And for sure I will choose another trip to another part of Scotland from Rabbies offer!

Perfect combination of scenery, castles, and a chance to sample food and drink in Oban. Definitely would take again. Young, pleasant guide named Tony gave us great narration along the way.

This tour was wonderful. Glasgow John was informative, funny and attentive to the small group. Between stops, he played Scottish music and explained the relevance of each song and artist to Scottish culture. His stop for fresh water by a creek in Glencoe turned into a trip highlight for me!

We really enjoyed our tour through the lakes, mountains and small towns near Glasgow! The guide--Iain--was full of information and trivia...and certainly not afraid to give you his somewhat biased opinions on anything to do with Scotland! We were very quickly whisked through 2 castle sights and 3 small towns... I felt we chose the tour that provided a good snap-shot of the area. The small bus was comfortable...remember to bring change for the 'pit' stops as they require a small donation for upkeep. Each gift shop along the way had different wares, so, if you see something special, buy it when you see it as it may not be available at the next place you look. Yes, try the fish and chips recommended in Oban and the whiskey:

It's a trip much better than I expected. In one day we saw ducks swimming, seagulls gliding on peaceful loch, green mountains with snow, multiple castles, pretty sea port. Together with the wonderful music and tour guide, it's a trip which goes to the heart.

This was a wonderful tour, and our guide, Stewart, was fantastic! Before going, I was nervous that we'd spend too much time in the van, but there were lots of stops to get out, walk around, and explore. Stewart also gave us great info on history, geography, folklore, music, etc., so there was never a dull moment. The beauty of the Highlands could never be captured on film. Stunning!!!

Awesome tour! The van I was in had a brilliant tour guise - he was funny, warm, welcoming, armed with great tips and funny to the bone! I loved the Scottish music he played in between stops and his tips of places to eat and shop at were extremely helpful! I would highly recommend this tour as it gives you the best combo of the countryside - seaside towns, mountains, lakes, souvenier stops, Harry Potter, castles and old blood soaked battlefields. It was the best summary of Scotland in my mind! It was also a great relaxing pace - with more than enough time at each destination and more than enough time for lunch and tea breaks. The photos were stunning and I totally enjoyed my trip. Hands down one of the best tours I had in the UK! And we were back in Glasgow by 6pm too! Loved it.

Enjoyable tour with charming and funny guides. They had great stories and insight to share at the locations we visited. Unfortunately, due to rain we were unable to visit one of the castles up close due to too high of tide. I and #39;d definitely recommend wearing hiking or water/rain boots.
