Dinner Menu: A mouthwatering and tantalizing array of Aussie food will make up the delicious dinner you will be served during Australian Outback Spectacular!
Entrée:
Slow roasted home-style pumpkin soup with crunchy golden croutons.
Main:
Barbecue tenderloin beef steak with rich gravy, seasoned with Kakadu plum sauce and served with garden vegetables.
Char-grilled chicken breast with chicken gravy served with garden vegetables and a roll
Vegetarian: a Ratatouille mix of capsicums, onion, zucchini, egg plant, chopped tomato and fresh herbs mixed with a bush tomato sauce, served in a camp oven pot and topped with pastry.
Special dietary variations can be accommodated for guests requiring options to the standard menu based on medical advice (minimum 48 hours notice required)
Dessert:
Baked apple pie, delicately drizzled with warm salted caramel sauce and topped with a dollop of fresh high country cream.
Drinks:
Choice of beer, wine or soft drink throughout the show.

We really enjoyed the show, the waiting area has entertainment and shop until we were allowed in to the main show area. The food is really good served hot and fresh. Worth watching..

My husband wasn't really interested in going and I had too convince him. Now he says he'd recommend the show to everyone, the food was good,promptly served. The show was interesting and was aimed at a wide range of ages. Our 13 year old loved it. The staff were friendly, well organised and very well run. Highĺy recommended and good value

We really enjoyed the humour and singing that accompanied the storyline to this show. We had been recommended to see this show by some who had seen it. We weren't disappointed. The waiting to go in to the actual show was something like 7:30 but had outside in the main inside area other entertainment until we were allowed in to the main show area. be warned though that the seating is grandstand style with tables for eating in front of you and the steps are reasonably steep.

A thoroughly enjoyable night out. Be warned you will need to wait until around seven thirty until you go into the main arena. Also be warned the seating is grandstand style with a long table right along in front of each row with up to about ten rows up the grandstand. This goes right the way around the arena with reasonably steep steps. Well worth the effort and anxiety in such an environment. We thoroughly enjoyed our night out even though we home around ten that night.

Difficult to understand a lot of the dialogue. Service excellent. Show, especially horsemanship, excellent. Food okay, however, certainly could not complain about the quantity. Don't think we'll go again, but if we did, wouldn't arrive till about 7pm.

Show and storyline were great. Really enjoyable. Food was just ok. Carrots were undercooked and mashed potato definitely was not made from fresh potato. Very disappointed with included coach pickup. When I rang up to confirm pick up time and location, I asked what coach company would pick us up. The customer service of fiver James told me that he couldn't answer that question as they subcontracted a number of companies to provide this service and he didn't know who was contracted that night. We were told to be out on the local bus stop on the main road at 5:15 for a 5:30 pick up. Bus didn't arrive until after 5:45 which meant that we had been sitting outside in the cold and dark for over 30 minutes. I didn't feel particularly safe. We tried to ring to ask where the bus was, when it was so late and couldn't get through. The photographers trying to sell you the professional photos taken at the event because you weren't allowed to take your own photos were a nuisance. They interrupted me while I was watching the performance several times and appeared annoyed when I wouldn't commit to purchasing the photos at that point in time. They annoyed me so much that in the end I walked put without even taking a good look at the photos.

Bus picked us up on time. Drop us back to our hotel very quickly. Show was amazing I recommend it to everyone of all ages. From start to finish the organization is unbelievable. From the bus to the staff to the meal and of course the show itself. Do yourself a favor and experience the Outback Spectacular. My two children and I wanted to go again the next evening we enjoyed it soooo much.

Excellent night and worth every dollar spend... Great for the whole family Good quality hats that were given and the meal was excellent. Lots of wine, beer and soft drink. The show was first class and would highly recommend the night to anyone do not hesitate to go. Very well run and the staff were excellent. Great music and entertainment before the show.

the staff at the venue was as always friendly helpful and funny and the show is a must see as always it excelled our expectations. I also recommend being picked up by the buses as it lets you enjoy the full evening. the bus driver was friendly and helpful with lots of information. this will be on our agenda again when we go back

If there is one show you have time to watch, this will be it! The food is decent and the performance is really good. The variety keeps you excited. We took our 1 year old daughter and she was also excited watching all the "horseys". Very well coordinated and designed show.

We were late for the show due to the transportation arrangement. We purchased the transportation and tried calling the person in charge there but failed to contact them. Received no calls from them too. We waited in Hotel Vibe until 6:30pm then we decided to go there by our self ended up we lost in direction. We were late for the show and very disappointed. When go back to hotel, we asked the driver to clarify but he said he picked up someone else from Vibe Hotel but they were having different name! He just dont bother to contact us and just conveniently picked up other walk in guests..this is what causes our frustration of the night too..hoping Viator give us a proper explanation for this poor arrangement. We spent extra expenses to took taxi to outbac though we've purchased tickets online in advance!

When trying to contact this venue to organise our pick up time we were told that it was a 20 minute wait on the phone. We attempted twice by mobile, the music would play to the 13th minute mark and then it would go quiet so we would hang up. We rang once after 7pm and we're told the opening hours were 8am so my partner rang at 8:15 am and he was again told it was again a 20 minute wait even at this time in the morning. We found this extremely confusing and frustrating along with anxiety as we could not get into contact. We finally got in contact by holding for over twenty minutes and finally finding out our pick up time. The venue and concert along with the food was brilliant! They need to improve their customer service by phone.

Very well done. Spectacular riding, very good food. Plenty of drinks all night long. A very polished and professional event. Lots of laughs, pathos and an all round great night. And a lovely little touch with 4 children in a shetland pony race. All dressed in jockey outfits and leading the ponies from one end of the arena to the other. Everyone in my party had a great night and the whole audience seemed to do the same.
