I organised a hot air balloon ride as a surprise for my partners 40th Birthday. Prior to booking, I read reviews about this company and was amazed by the quantity of positive feedback of this company which sold me. From the time we were picked up, to board flying, landing and dining, the company were extremely organised, and all workers worked extremely well together as a team showing great professionalism, and considering safety at all times. As we were enjoying our champagne breakfast, my partner was presented with a surprise birthday cake and fabulous singing, which was a really nice touch. We would really like to thank Ben the pilot and to getting us all as high in the air as possible!, Tony who chauffeured and fascilitated the morning, and Gav the groundsman who prepped and packed away the massive hot air balloon. It was truely a fantastic experience made possible by the team, and will be forever memorable. Highly recommend.

This was me and my husband's first time on a Hot Air Balloon and it was quite a unique experience. Hot Air Gold Coast has a very professional team who know what they are doing. Unfortunately, there was no much wind the day we went up in a balloon. Inspite of that, it was a very nice experience slowing bobbing in the air looking around the farmlands. The highlight was watching a mob of Kangaroos skipping along below us. Such a happy feeling seeing them in their natural habitat like that.

This has been on my bucket list for a long time, and the box has been ticked, it was the best experience I have ever had in the air, after the nerves had settled and I had let go of the rail, I was able to enjoy the ride, oh and the view from the balloon, what can I say, it was absolutely amazing, the pilot Blake, he was amazing, made the ride very enjoyable. So glad I did it, an unforgettable adventure.

Great Trip! The weather was wonderful with clear skies allowing us to see very far into the distance. The crew as friendly as well and made the trip entertaining. It would have been better if the basket had a door access rather than having us climb into the basket as my mom had some difficulties doing so with her ankle problem. Overall, a unforgettable experience that's a must do if you are in the area!!

Beautiful experience... Saw the balloon inflating and deflating. Every this was great about this tour, and best part is landing. Our tour guide was very nice... as a sweet gesture gave us plastic like shoe cover to protect our shoes as it rained a night before. Everywhere was muddy and slippery. Breakfast is also good.. legs pain standing for 1 hour in balloon but best moments are experienced.

This tour was amazing! Everything was done on time and the driver was friendly and professional. A hot air balloon experience is definitely something everyone should try in their lives. Just when i thought the tour couldnt get better, the buffet breakfast afterwards was simply delightful. It was delicious, offered a good variety and we dined with breathtaking views of nature. Thumbs up for this tour! Worth every cent and worth getting up really early.

We did it from Gold Coast. After the initial hiccup of getting up at 3.30 to be picked up at 4am, it was a fairly smooth ride. Our pilot was Italian and highly experienced in hot air ballooning. The weather was perfect for the activity and we started on time (just after dawn). We spotted few groups of kangaroos from top which was great. The overall scenery from top was good with views of forest and open lands. _br/_
The breakfast was not upto mark and we were a bit disappointed with the quality of breakfast. However, it was in a beautiful vineyard which made up for the not-so-great breakfast. If you haven't done hot air ballooning before, give it a shot!!!

We had an absolutely amazing balloon ride. The lift off was so relaxing and gentle, views exceptional. The landing was a little rough with ground wind but we had so many laughs and amazing views that it added to our balloon ride. Would highly recommend. Thanks so much.

We were sorry that you no longer take off from Robina area and fly over the Broadwaters of the Gold Coast but the experience was amazing even if we had quite a still morning and did not actually go a great distance. In fact we were not up for the full hour that we expected. Having said that the arrangements and all the staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good but the hot food not as hot or fresh as I would have liked. The flight was a birthday present for my daughter and we both thoroughly enjoyed it.

Absolutely fabulous experience. I get scared of heights but have always wanted to do this. Not once did I feel unsafe or scared! Scenery was spectacular and plenty of opportunities to take photos. We went higher that the other balloons flying on the same day and also went further. Breakfast lovely

The experience was great, i am scared of heights but was in full capable hands,we also almost reached maximum height at 7000ft wow!. what a rush considering i get verdigo,great views of both coast and city,prob better doing it at the end of winter to get a full sunrise,but other than that great experience.thanks hot air!!!!!!!.

It was such an amazing experience! I've always wanted to do a hot air balloon ride at the Gold Coast.. no regrets! It was a foggy morning but the views were spectacular. The only unfortunate bit was not getting to see the actual city skyline as it was too distant. But the landscape views and sunrise more than made up for it all. It was a stunning sight!

Traveling so far to Buedesert was a bit of a letdown, and not much to look at. We were of the understanding it was over the Gold Coast. Staff were great. Maybe it should be suggested to wear a cap as everyone was complaining about the intense heat on their scalp at take off.

It was a good experience. I was taken aback by the request for guests to pack up the balloon and load it on the truck afterward before we made our way to the Champagne breakfast. This should have been disclosed at the time of booking.
