The driver was professional and on time, however, this transportation service is extremely overpriced! More than double what others charge. I requested a private car for two and they showed up with a 10 passenger van for just us. Was way overkill in terms of the vehicle and price. You should not have to pay more that 20 to get to the airport from central Hanoi for two people. When I realized how expensive this service was compared to others I tried to cancel but I was past the window so was stuck paying 43 to the airport. I pay less in the US- crazy!

The driver's car was clean. He was really early and I think the only thing I would say is that after you put in your flight information online you should get an email of some kind letting you the time the driver will be picking you up. I know it asks that you call them but you will incur charges if traveling internationally. The driver ended up having to wait 30 minutes for us to get ready.

Thank you to the Viator team for the excellent service my friends and I received during our recent girls weekend to Hanoi. A great service which I would use again. Buffalo Tours sent message to hotel, so there was never a need to reconfirm and ask about pick up time. Drivers were great and always were on time getting us to where we had to go.

Most definatly the way to go, we payed about $18. for our transfer to our Hotel, while at the airport some taxi operaters were offering the trip for about $60-$80, a lot les hassle, book this way.
