Travel from your Hanoi hotel to Hanoi Airport in a private vehicle. Transfer services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your accommodation details. Your transfer will be confirmed within 24 hours and you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. 24 - 48 hours prior to your Hotel to Airport transfer, you will be required to reconfirm exact pick up times and places (the contact number will be provided on your travel voucher).

Air-conditioned Minivan: 4 to 9 people

Price is per person, based on 9 adults per car/vehicle.
The driver was professional and on time, however, this transportation service is extremely overpriced! More than double what others charge. I requested a private car for two and they showed up with a 10 passenger van for just us. Was way overkill in terms of the vehicle and price. You should not have to pay more that 20 to get to the airport from central Hanoi for two people. When I realized how expensive this service was compared to others I tried to cancel but I was past the window so was stuck paying 43 to the airport. I pay less in the US- crazy!

The driver's car was clean. He was really early and I think the only thing I would say is that after you put in your flight information online you should get an email of some kind letting you the time the driver will be picking you up. I know it asks that you call them but you will incur charges if traveling internationally. The driver ended up having to wait 30 minutes for us to get ready.

A great service which I would use again. Buffalo Tours sent message to hotel, so there was never a need to reconfirm and ask about pick up time. Drivers were great and always were on time getting us to where we had to go.

Most definatly the way to go, we payed about $18. for our transfer to our Hotel, while at the airport some taxi operaters were offering the trip for about $60-$80, a lot les hassle, book this way.

As with all Buffalo bookings the driver was on time and drove us to the airport with little fuss. Professional and courteous. We were picked up at 6.15am and the traffic was starting to get heavy already. The trip from the Hilton in the Hoan Kiem Lake District took 45 minutes so make sure you allow up to an hour in heavier traffic times.

The problem was finally fixed, but the time lapse was well over an hour, and this made it very urgent to get to the airport to catch our flight. I was not happy at all and would not use this service again for this departure.
