Easy collection from airport. Only problem if your chatty and want to know anything whilst driving Driver cant speak any English. We found this with most of the Drivers and Taxis etc through all of Vietnam.

I was relying on this option to pick us up from the airport, but they were very late. I understand it took us a little longer than expected due to visas but after 1.5 hours they were not outside. Our driver was waiting for us immediately outside the terminal. He was holding a sign up with my name so we quickly identified him. He understood English well and spoke it well enough to communicate with us. He asked us to wait curbside while he retrieved his vehicle a small SUV and this took about five minutes. Our driver wasn't chatty this is our preference and he efficiently got us out of the airport and to our hotel. Everything was smooth! We'll be using this provider again.

I would do this again. There was someone waiting with our name and transport was easy. I would do it again. Taking the ride from the hotel to the airport is pricey considering when you learn how much the cabs are. So I would suggest taking the transfer service when landing but taking a cab or even an uber which even cheaper than a cab from the hotel to the airport.

My flight was delayed yet the airport transfer waited for our arrival. When i knew of the delay, i immediately update Viator of the delay. Sure enough at the airport, a lady with our names-was waiting at the exit. Though it should have been a shared ride, we were the only passengers. We were dropped off our hotel as booked. Booking with viator has answered our prayers to destinations where majority of the people dont speak English. It was useless talking to the driver. At least one is assured that the driver knows where you are heading.

Arranged to be collected from Than Son Nhat Airport and taken to the Rex Hotel in Saigon. We arrived early evening and it took around 45 minutes to get our visas, once we had got our luggage and passed through customs we were met by a representative holding a sign with our name on it who directed us to our driver. It made arriving in Saigon for the first time and arriving at our hotel a seamless experience, very good.

I booked an airport pickup to our hotel in District 1 three months before our trip and I was impressed by the things the company requested to facilitate the transfer like they requested me to submit all names of the passengers, the flight details and the hotel we booked in. It was very professional. When we finally arrived just after midnight, it was easy to spot the driver who met us in the airport because he held a signboard with the name of one of us passengers. However, I didn't expect him to be wearing slippers and he didn't look smart at all. I was expecting to see a driver wearing some kind of uniform---the proper attire and look of a driver. For the price that we paid I expected to see a smarter-looking driver. I was also disappointed at how the driver did not even know where our hotel was when in fact that information was sent to the company months before. We had to stop and get down twice at the wrong location, and considering it was around 2 am already, we were getting worried and tiredand we were wondering if this driver really knew where he was taking us. It was on the third stop that he finally found our hotel. It was also disappointing because the driver did not even know how to speak English so we could not communicate with him. The driver also did not even get our Voucher, which the company said would be collected by their representative. I don't know what proof the driver had that we were indeed the right passengers getting into his van because he did not get our Voucher.

Competent and easy. Our group of three did take some time with Visa and Immigration at the Airport, but, the driver was outside waiting for us with a sign so despite the delay we met our driver and got to our hotel without incident. After a long flight from North America, it took the guess work out of sourcing taxis, or public transit, or other ground transport at a very busy airport. Easy!

Arriving in Ho Chi Minh City at 6 o'clock in the morning, I was keen to arrange transport to the city centre hotel without being 'ripped off' by a taxi driver or arriving without the correct currency. Booking the transfer in advance, and paying by card seemed like the ideal answer. The driver was waiting for me as I came out of the Arrivals hall and the comfortable journey to the hotel was completed with a minimum of delay.
